Yeah man thats super weird! The only time I had an issue when I first got mine was when the outlet tube end was lower than the lid. The ? Pic is the only solution I can think of to help the dripping problem youre having : /The humidifier is pissing all over tent floor I placed a cup to catch it but its aim is as good as a six year old. I will probably put in the tent on top of the germination tray because it causes water to pool on the floor even then. I can’t believe that Marty and I are the only ones who have experienced this situation.
What is your base humidity? I am quite surprised how often it has to work being no heat or ac is on right now. I am in the low 30s without it. Mine is set up like your after. I had the tube level but it filled up with water and backed up. The ac affinity does the same thing . The trap is a good idea, a good T fitting with a hose to a reservoir would probably work. Nice thinking. I like the drawing. Here’s how she set upYeah man thats super weird! The only time I had an issue when I first got mine was when the outlet tube end was lower than the lid. The ? The after pic is what I did and it made the difference : ) View attachment 2328327
My base humidity is usually on the lower end. We’ve had 5 days of rain so things are nice and wet! But I like running it at 60% as I use some of that moisture in my flower room. The unit is in the veg side. What is your base humidity? I am quite surprised how often it has to work being no heat or ac is on right now. I am in the low 30s without it. It’s been up. It backs up like drain pipe and shuts it off, then you pull connector and it dumps the water out and unit starts working again. The aci does the same thing. Yeah man if you can… see if moving the end of that hose further up the tent rail so there is a slight angle back towards the unit! That may solve the problem! ? Im headed out. Keep us posted : )
See if that was an iPhone or android it woulda folded in half when you hit the brake and you wouldn’t have that cool story to tell ( or it woulda been on the charger )One of those fucking phones caused me to get into a fender bender once man it rang right after I went to the head shop and bought a brand new pipe all right so I fumbled it and it landed on the floorboard in front of me and it got jacked up underneath the fucking brake pedal and I rear-ended a car because I couldn’t stop mine that Fucking phone and it’s brick bullshit I swear, man I didn’t have a license either None of that shit.
Good thing dude was cool ,
He had a Brent Midland sticker on the back of his car so I knew it was gonna be alright![]()

Probably condensation building up on the inner ridges of the tube and slowly leaking out, I’d imagine the P-trap may fail eventually when the trap fills u, best bet is keeping the hose vertical so condensation rolls back into the element to re heat and vaporizeYeah man thats super weird! Both instruction manuals say that will back unit and prevent it from working, basically filling the unit tubing vs. the external tube.Probably condensation building up on the inner ridges of the tube and slowly leaking out, I’d imagine the P-trap may fail eventually when the trap fills u, best bet is keeping the hose vertical so condensation rolls back into the element to re heat and vaporize
I got laid….. off and there’s laws to follow from the company where they pay you to not work for 60 days or you had to work. They made us come in and kind of work and screw around. Uno was one of the funnest games during that time. There’s not much strategy involved so everyone enjoys playing it and it goes quickly.See if that was an iPhone or android it woulda folded in half when you hit the brake and you wouldn’t have that cool story to tell ( or it woulda been on the charger )![]()
Do you think a little home at the bottom of the ptrap would let enough build up out without letting the “mist out”? How come when I play with my wife a remote flies at my headI got laid….. off and there’s laws to follow from the company where they pay you to not work for 60 days or you had to work. It’s possible, but you’d have to put a hole in that pretty pipe lol, I’m sure a bit of mist will (most likely) come out as well but how much will depend on the holeDo you think a little home at the bottom of the ptrap would let enough build up out without letting the “mist out”? That was my idea.
Sounds about right playing board games with my wife and 2 daughters always turns into WW3 and nobody is on the same teamHow come when I play with my wife a remote flies at my head
Legit me and the wife and her sister and her husband were playing risk, abut halfway through, board is loaded, brother in law turns to my sister in law and gives her a tip (her first time playing) my wife jumps up and said fuck this shit loudly as she catapults the board against the ceiling sending about 200 pieces flying all over the house
Monopoly…. Yeah don’t be in the lead against her… apparently that means you’re cheating and the world is over and everyone must die
TLDR
Don’t play ANY game with my wife…![]()
This just gave me a reason to make another InstaGram account!
Totally untested bro theory here… what if the hole is tiny enough to allow a small drip, enough to keep the tube from completely filling in the Ptrap thus allowing for the vaporized moisture to pass? But also building up enough of an accumulation to keep the vaporized water to not escape the hole! Smoked before I came back to this so welcome to my insanity! It’s possible, but you’d have to put a hole in that pretty pipe lol, I’m sure a bit of mist will (most likely) come out as well but how much will depend on the hole
