A little over a week into 12/12 and WTF? Not sure what's happening with a few of them.

Sure.
Medium - Happy Frog
Now feeding - A diluted mix of "Big Bloom" and Plantation molasses (with a little less than 1tbl of Epsom salt per gallon)
Watering - Every 7 days (Water, food rotation)
Size - 5g bags
On the ground

Happy Frog , never used but definitely have read about it.
A soil that’s already including fertilizer that’s a bit Hot for most.
So some would use it with another product to dilute.

Your watering practices seem on point , when I run 5g they would dry a bit faster but my temps are probably warmer than most.

I personally like to have air under my
Bags so I use a pan with a riser for just that.

So water then feed without issue until this last one , would tell me she doesn’t like what you just did.

Molasses’s I thought was for bulking up, maybe wait on that till you have something to boost.

And go from there unless others want to chime in.
