@PlumberSoCal2 I'm assuming by your name that you might know something about plumbing? I have this stub in within my grow room. Do I need some kind of trap to prevent sewer gasses from escaping in order to use it as a drain?

How long in the cloner are we talking here? Just me personally. I’ve had clone sit in a cloning box with just water and 24 hour pump action for over a month. Sure they might come out with a couple of burnt tips on the edge of the leaves and shit but nothing that a couple days and some soil won’t fix. Hit me up in a personal message. If you wanna try to hammer it out some dude.👊🏻🤡
I know one of my issues might be because it doesn't have a dome on it, combined with dry air cloning probably makes it lag.

I'll be reaching out when next clone run is ready. Thank you

Good question. If there's no trap below the floor (remove the cap, pour a gallon of water into it and if it still reeks there's no trap) then yes, you'll need a trap for a drain. You can easily reduce the size (3" I believe) to 1 1/2" and install a sink above it or even a stand pipe like a washing machine drain.

For a floor drain you'd have to remove some cement from around the pipe and install a 1 1/2 or 2" trap that would run into that 3" pipe using a tee. Lot of work but simple enough.

That might even be a 4" cast iron line. Are you on city sewer or septic?

sewer clean-out?

I think my bigger issue is that I don't have my cloner parameters buttoned up yet so they spend too much time in the cloner and are starving when they come out.
Inside the cloner the trifecta is key

I’m running a homemade cloner I made for $30

I run 2 gallons of water, 3ml of Hypocleanse, 3ml of the clone and seedling solution, 24 hour sprayers for first 3 days then I Ike to drop it to 1 minute on 4 minutes off and spray with the root promoter mist twice a day the first 3 days then once a day for 3 more days, by then there should be plenty of nubs on the stem….

Should be rooted and happy within a weekish

I’ve also rooted them in a cup of water under a large canopy so either works lol

Also no dome on the cloner, just sittin a 2x4 under a few barrina grow bars with the @SpiderFarmerLED SF600 up top once they get bigger

What’s your favorite car?
I don’t play video games and don’t even know if the car is in the video game but the Acura or Honda Integra type R. The huggable cornering of corners yet the ability to whip the tail end of the car like rwd makes it a fun car to drive, not to mention the power starts on the car when most redline the engines.

Yeah those 1.8l vtec engines had a really high redline my buddy had a 4 door integra gsr and he rebuilt the top half of the motor, replaced valve springs, cam shafts and head gasket . Had it for about two weeks after the top half rebuild and we crashed it one night doing about 85 mph on a back road. We both walked away with nothing more than a few bruises, called a tow truck and had the thing ready to go just as the cops showed up. They nailed his balls to the wall for trying to leave the scene of an accident. To make matters worse, car was totaled and he wasn’t even able to buy the wreck back from the insurance company. I walked away from that scene shortly afterwards, he kept at it. Now I drive a Tacoma, he went the European route and has a beautiful tuned up bmw m3 .
