Hey Everyone, it's my first time at doing this and trying to get a little info on what's going on with them....they 2 weeks old in ocean forest SF4000 light at 40% at 30 inches high watered a shot glass every other day...temperature stays around 74 with lights on and around 71 with lights off and the humidity stays around 60%

You are overwatering your plants. The only time they need water is when the container you are growing in is light. Get the same cup but empty and go add some soil you used to it. Feel the difference of that cup of dry soil and the ones with plants in them. Wait until they are similar. If you don’t your plant will be suffocated from too much water and no oxygen in the roots. Wait four days before you water these plants. Also did you poke holes in the bottom of the cups you put the plants in? Very important to do so. Get a tack and poke some holes or a nail if you didn’t. Next time you water only give them the equivalent to a good sized sip of water you would take. Maybe two. Then wait a few days.

Crinkled crooked leafs

How is your soil looking is it dry I know it’s been a couple days. Sometimes I wait three days before a water and my seedling looks better.
