Know how many times I’ve had cops follow me home, I’ve had cops empty my whole back seat of empty beer cans the girls had up to their knees, I had 40 hydros on me and a half drank bottle of jack in my cup holder, and back seat had 2 more 30 packs, cop dumped out all my emptied in the side of the road, dumped the rest of my bottle, threw my pills and my couple ounces in the trunk, and said go half the speed limit when you turn in your home I’ll keep driving just don’t let me see you back out tonight

I can give at least 7-8 instances of me personally interacting with police like that

That one above I happened to pull over cus we had a flat I changed it but saw my rear door latch was still open (tire holder bar back of the SUV) so I pulled over, pushed it shut, as I was walking back to get in I looked to the left and the cop was just sitting next to me I was so hammered I didn’t even see him pull up he flicked on the lights and whipped around and got behind my truck…

Now pre 9/11 this probably woulda got me shot. But I was wasted so I just looked at everyone in the truck through the open driver door, closed the door. Walked straight up to the cop that just got out of his cruiser. I went wide and walked around him, opened his back door got in and closed the door. He just stood there lookin at me for like 2 minutes before he went up to my truck

Oh and I was only 17 at the time

People are good, bad and indifferent with varying levels of each. Enjoy your encounters with the good ones being really good and strive to be one yourself. Learn from the bad ones and don't let them sour you into being bad, even for just a little while. And remember that most people will treat you as you treat them.

If I were a cop and caught you back in my day I wouldn't want this to ruin someone's life and probably done the same but if you were mouthing off and giving me shit I'd of probably smacked ya upside yo head and took ya in.

Twice I was pulled over while smoking weed, once frying as well, both times I was as polite as I could be and allowed to continue, 1 ticket for making a left on red and one letting me know i had a taillight out. And once I was caught fooling around with a 17 yo Hottie and I was 18, with a baggie on the floor around my pants gave me a ticket $100 for the weed. And again I was as polite as I could be. Treat them with respect and most will do the same in return

I haven't asked much, but that is a different department that only sprays pesticides.However, one ingredient they mention is sulfur, which is used to kill mold infections. It's a bit chaotic growing and propagating millions of plants. They must place each bloom in the rad chamber before sending the bud to the manufacturing department. It looks like home depot with 6 racks stacked with plants. I call it the weed depot

I've used sulfur but not on weed, mainly citrus and ornamentals. Yeah, and another reason I avoid the mass produced but I've seen what has happened with food when the big conglomerates take over. When I was a kid granny would take me shopping (she taught me how to cook) and we'd visit a lical Butcher shop. Live chickens in back, fresh beef, pork and venison, on occasion. That shit in stores today isn't near as good as the quality we had.

Several years ago a buddy grew the GDP I got and said, "...good old school weed" and I'm like really happy with that

yeah nah respectively, i only say they are mostly all bad because of the thin blue line bullshit and the fact that most these days are hypocritical twats. i've been in cop bars, just filled w/ drunken cops, yup, everyone of them would drive themselves home without a worry, why? bc of "professional courtesy".

your statement of 'treat them good etc." tells me with a 98% chance of certainty that you're not a person of color. next and last, their departments these days are partially or mostly funded by ticketing, arresting and cash and property seizures. ticketing is nothing short of illegal tax collecting. it's taxation without representation . hence the moniker "Road Pirates" our founding fathers would have tarred and feathered their crooked asses

so in closing, if a cop is kind and courteous, empathetic and compassionate, strives to keep people safe, is willing to do whatever he can to help better his community, does not enforce bs laws, infractions, if you will, that target victimless crimes. is willing to arrest his boys in blue, and upholds our constitutional laws, that's a cop i'll agree is good and stand behind him 100%

critique accepted. although it wasn't an outburst in any sense of the word. it was only an opinion that pointed out the known disparity in police interactions with Caucasians and people of color. higher arrest rates, higher incarcerations, longer prison terms, etc. the list goes on. I try to get at least 2 or 3 people involved in home gardening a year kinda my little side hobby lol, I start 800-900 seedlings about 300 are for me, I sell the seedlings at the road in the spring at my veggie stand then veggies in the fall, and I give about 100 away to friends all my neighbors get free veggie seedlings in the spring along with clones

Never a shortage of veggies around here lol, we can all the maters, peppers get cut up and frozen in 1 lb bags so we can just pull them out and drop em in a crock pot etc wife does white bread, sourdough, jalapeño cheddar (both white and sourdough) raisin bread sub rolls cookies, cakes, basically if we can make it ourselves we do

If we drive past ANY fast food place my 8 year old says dad that’s shit food, me and the wife die laughin every time but he’s right, and the kids won’t even eat it if we buy it, so we haven’t gotten fast food in about 4 years (besides the occasional pizza but the wife makes that normally as well)

We go a bit overboard sometimes but I’d rather have too much and give some away, the garden is my relax spot anyways lol get home from work roll one up and go out and see how it’s doin lol
