The best thing was I didn't have to do the work. I did install that 8' section between the two new sections some 7-8 yrs ago. Glad it's done but will no doubt have to do another 80' next year.

As a carpenter, I’d imagine it’s similar to a grower when another’s plant is shown .
Itchin to get in there and fix shit![]()

Too bad you didnt own a camera at that time it would be amazing to see thatback in the day my "pods" were (allegedly) similar to this set up in the picture below, which i'll be using now, only i had 11 rows of 3 plants per slab, per pod; 3 pods for total of 99 plants, couple of runts in 4" cubes stuck in the drain end of the trays (tray was 40", slabs were 36", this allowed for a spy hole to be able to keep the roots out of the drain hole, i had opaque covers for them, that you could remove and wedge a 4" cube into it. couple of mothers and you were above the 99 plant cut off, that put you into the golden federal statutes. (good fucking thing too). each 40" x 9' long pod had 4 - 1000w hps lights over it fast mounted to the ceiling, for a total of 12000 watts. ea. set of 4 lights were on a 240v pool timer. the room had a 10 ton air handler in the room. on very hot and humid days the coils in the air handler would freeze up and you'd have to unplug a few lights, open the air handler unit and point a blower into it to thaw it out. this would keep the temp at 100-110f. i was cool with 100 but if it got above that i'd shut off all but 1 light over ea pod. plants would sometimes droop a little, but never suffer any real damage. terpenes wasn't even a buzz word back then; didn't really care bc it was a cash crop (although i did put out a quality product that checked all the boxes and was allegedly worth 4k/pnd wholesale) my room allegedly put out an average of #30 every 80 days like clockwork without fail. never heard of or gave a shit about vpd or none of that crap, light and par meters? fuck no, didn't have'em did't need'em; still don't. my main priority is potency for pain relief and sleep. taste and smell are secondary.
i'm only putting this out there for all the doubters who think i'm some kind of mark or troll who doesn't know what the fuck i'm talking about. i can assure them i do. it might take me a failure or two and some hard learned [noob] lessons, but i will figure out a way to mash old & new school techniques and put out some quality product for myself and a few close friends. i learn every bit as much from the noobs as i do from the pro's, maybe even more. "a wise man is poor mans teacher; and a poor man is a wise mans inspiration and example") the only thing i can claim for sure; is to be an ignorant fool that will always have more to learn... I could be wrong, it’s California with all kinds of city codes. I suspect that they need a gap for water to flow in or out. Not that dirt and debris will block it.

From what I hear California has more than a dirt and debris problemI could be wrong, it’s California with all kinds of city codes. I suspect that they need a gap for water to flow in or out. Not that dirt and debris will block it.

BeautifulMannn shits loadin SLOW tonight lol
i took lots of pics, but unfortunately all my everything got gone in florida. long story, sighhh.... i will say this, we (allegedly) grew em from the top (about 16" high) of the trays to the ceiling mounted lights. after the stretch you could not see through the lush foliage from 1 side of room to the other. if you had mylar up (i did not, i had flat white, which relects more light) it made the room look like a forest. i have missed it. it (quitting growing) left an enormous hole in my heart... -peace-Too bad you didnt own a camera at that time it would be amazing to see that![]()
lmfao... i just noticed that they dudes socks morph into bare feet...hey @admin, how about some little side hustles?![]()
too much used in the mix, causing soggy soil? or was it a different problem with it?One of mine had me like crazy eyes from Mr deeds come to find out it was worm castings causing the whole fucking problem
Definitely one of the issues with the two smaller ones but the main issue I had was using to much castings and feeding synthetics causing highly acidic soil I don't recommend using 25% castings and feeding floranova that shits 100% a no gotoo much used in the mix, causing soggy soil? or was it a different problem with it?
