Could be spider mites or some other critter. If so, you'll need to treat them aggressively because your plant is budding. I spray with AgroMagen GrowSafe. It's organic. A good sprayer is also a necessity, IMO.

Early flower, yes. You need to do something soon. There are other options, like an alcohol or hydrogen peroxide solution. I haven't had much luck with those. The key is to spray the underside of the leaves because that's where spider mites live. I've also cut off the worst of the leaves and trashed them immediately. That'll get rid of quite a few of them, but they spread easily so be careful. They can attach to your clothes or just ride on a breeze. I had spider mites last year, I only had to spray GrowSafe two times and haven't had a problem since then.
The only pest I've ever had to deal with is spider mites, so I'm not the best to help with other critters. That pattern does look like spider mites to me, though.
