The calluses are def very real and i love em. I play cables. 11-64 on my 6's (C#) and 10-72 on the 7 string (A#)

If i move deliberately i can pull a 325F cookie sheet out of the oven and set it on the stove. I can do 350 but itll get me about 3 seconds later through the calluses lol.

Cell phones dont recognize my left hand fingers as fingers. they dont work on touchscreens

Stairway to Heaven of course but I didn't have the gift. Trumpet, trombone and sax in high school. Fun but won't make any $ unless top 5-10% and I wasn't there. But it's cool, I learned to deal with shit as a plumber

some really good music in the 60's through the 90's. there has been some good music since, but it was these years that created all those style we hear today.
