How am I doing? First Organic Grow.

My first grow and I have a mainline plant....imo it's prob one of the worst training techniques that I've used or anyone uses imo I have a mainline one I topped regular LST and nothing it slows your plants growth down so fucking much just like a buddy told me can get same yield if not more outa scrog without butchering your plant and having to extend it's veg time by 23456days yeah they look cool and all but u rly gotta butcher ur plant n stress it out that much for why? I'll NVR do it again the risk isn't worth the time and the very minimum reward

It’s all about genetics man. If you buy crappy genetics I would never mainline. I only buy autos from Ethos, Night Owl or Speedrun. The best out there after doing my research.

I run photos, maybe it’s a difference cuz, autos need all the energy they can get cuz they run off a timer pretty much. Any delay and it sets back everything for the bud size. I have 3 autos right now I played with. The only one that is massive is the one I did nothing to. The stress training I did on the other 2 day them back for sure.

yes it's about genetics but ur cutting ur yield in half mainlining autos I just stared growing myself and know that I have some of the best genetics available right now and none of them are from those breeders most of those big companies that sell those highly known strains are so breeding the same genetics back n forth the beans are highly unstable not saying urs are but it's just facts if u listen to most of the guys here that know that they are talking about they will tell u the same it's not advised to even top an auto just some LST n let em go I made the same mistake homie to much YouTube n commercial growers trying to push shit on us my first grow I let an auto gorilla pie grow from seed and my plant is ten times the breeders pics of the beans I got

It's all about doing what we love to do n that's grow n smoke I just had some good friends here teach me along the way and help me not make the same mistakes over n over no grow is the same and none will be perfect imo

Well one, you’re incorrect about the breeders and strains. Not well known nor are they large companies.. Night Owl is ran by one dude, Daz. Very small company. Speedrun is also a very small company. These are not large corporate breeders as you say. And once this is over I will have tested evidence. I have a pic and video I will attach now to show you exactly how you are wrong. I do not disagree that one should not mainline if they don’t know what they’re doing or the genetics are unreliable. But the proofs in pudding man. And I don’t use YouTube for research. They have books brother and much better information that YouTube. Care to share who your breedsrs are and if they’re autos or photos? And yes, I know it has not been advised in the past to mainline, but if you do some research a lot of people are changing their mindsets on mainlining autos. A lot of growers are. I’m not saying it should be done but until I run into a problem, I’ll be mainlining and sharing all my grows on here. Follow me brother. But if you look at the pictures it seems my mainline plant will be twice as much yield as the ones I LST’d and topped.

Mainline is far left. LST in the middle and topped on the right. I was right there with you when I “heard” people telling me not to do it until I read up more on it. People mainline at the wrong time and if it’s done in between days 12-16 with a plant you know will be big you’ll be fine bro. I’d love to hear what genetics you’re using though as I’ve done tonsssss of research on them and know what to avoid and what’s great. Everyone’s here to learn but spreading misinformation won’t help anyone. Mainlining autos obviously works and doesn’t decrease yield. Unless it’s user error.

The strains are also Queens Banner and Pluto Cut. They are definitely not highly known strains. They are literally only bread by Night Owl and Ethos. Speedrun seeds are also only bred by Speedrun. These are not well known unless you’re big into the auto flower community.

The funny thing is the one plant that was only LST’d is smaller than both plants that were HST’s. Wild huh?

Yeah, that’s why I tried to find the good spot in when to train. I will definitely find out more at harvest time but currently the high stresses trained plants are much bigger than the one I only low stress trained. It’s wild

I'm running cman x okie gorilla pie and most of my genetics came from top breeders here in this very forum I was just talking about ethos n few other breeders I've heard that their genetics are mad unstable one they keep back breeding them n shit like I said I'm not expert but if u can yield a huge plant off mainlining I'm damn sure gonna try it lol mines in the stretch n it's pretty fucking big strain of alien rider f1s but I can tell the one that I didn't touch may yield more I'll show u pics one I pull my gp auto n can get in there like I said in previous post wasnt being a dick if thats ur preference n it dose good for u then hell yes rock on I just can't butcher a plant after how much I seen it slowed the veg stage down

And you’re not being a dick dude. We’re all proud of our grows and will defend them. I totally get it. I’m sure at some point I will see something go wrong with one of them but as for now I’ve been very lucky for my first time.

100% man since I started growing I e calmed way down it's helped with anxiety n shit I had going on even occasionally end up having good days bc of it despite having two bastard ass teenage girls lol only kidding love my girls wouldn't trade em for anything the girls in my tent I mean
