I had one grow with males and am avoiding growing them for a loooong time lol

but I’ll probably keep trying with these autos

Water is not your enemy, give it a spritz with the hose when you are turning it. Don’t drown it,helps it break down. Little sticks ain’t bad

You are on to something there. I looked up fungal diseases last fall and they don't function at lower temps.
Bugs are like that too.

Blueberry big devil is getting the chop early Friday when I get home from work. Per the site it’s 70 days from seed to germination, and we’re at 70. I know the conditions can affect that a bit but it looks ready.

I pulled her outside to let her get a little colder and a little more stressed her last days before death

I’m really hoping that all but the babies will be ready in the next few weeks. Gotta clean the grow space and make some adjustments before attempting another round of autos. cuz I’m addicted to plants lol

It’s great, even the ones I’ve fucked up this grow look (to me) pretty good. Maybe not huge plants but the buds look decent quality to this stoner.

I think my biggest issues have been

1) I was cocky and thought I could just throw them in the greenhouse and it just work out. So I got lights a heat set up.

2) I have zero patience and start sticking my fat fingers in there lmao

In the name of dialing in the next grow, I made a shitty little table.

I have all my tools at my new house so I armed myself with the zip ties. Legs are wooden crates I found on the side of the road way back when. Then the panel looking things are from an old playground.

Should have built it in the green house; was a bitch to move. I think it will hold the plants nicely.

I can cram 16 7 gallon pots in here but I think I’ll just do 12 and give them a little room to breathe. If I eyeballed correctly this should fit just inside my little light rack. Then I can raise the rack to get that what, 18 inch space between plants and lights

Honestly! I’ve given up on trying to assist with the planning. My wife likes parallel play, where I’m there right next to her but I have to do something entirely different from her project or she gets thrown off

I just kinda hang out and wait to be told to carry something up stairs or cut something in half. It works lol. Then when I’m in a pickle I grab her with the old ‘hey I need someone smarter than me’

Right now I have one photo period plant that was in my auto seeds, I’m going to separate it and finish flowering with this light. Who knows what’s next

pro tip for anyone who’s never gotten a grow light, don’t turn that shit on in your kitchen

I made an indoor grow space! Only possible cuz of the badass @PhlizonGrowLight I won

It’s a little rugged so don’t look too closely but the pieces are there. Light is about 19 inches off the top flower.

I have a heater at the bottom and a fan at the top connected to my temp controller (I pulled it from the green house, these autoflowers are just gonna suffer the rest of their sad existence lol)

My only concern really, is one humidity because it’s in an enclosed room inside. Two is light leaks? I have it on a timer that is similar to sunlight hours (6am-5pm) The room it is in isn’t used, and isn’t super bright. But if my grow light is on the same schedule as day light hours, even if it’s not perfectly black out it shouldn’t matter too much? I only have the top of the ‘tent’ open, didn’t wanna test anything in that light if it gets warm, and the one side is barely cracked.
