First grow, shes little but shes mine lol

She's an autoflower blue bourbon smash strain. About 70 days in from planting. Buds are starting to take form but no stink yet. Kinda went over board with trimming dead or dying leaves a few days ago. Fingers crossed I didn't stunt it *sigh*

Buds are growin', Yahoo! A lot of yellowing leaves. What do you think is causing that?

I'm hoping it's just the natural process of the buds taking all the stored nutrients in the leaves and sucking them dry. I was slightly underwatering there for a bit so that might also be it

Leaf tip chlorosis or necrosis is a sign something isn't right. Several things can cause it. A high VPD is one possible cause. Nutrient problems can also be a cause. Knowing more about those would help diagnosis. The leaves look bloated, so it's probably overwatered, but I doubt that's causing the leaf tip problem. I also think the plant isn't old enough for senescence.

I bought a pre made bucket packed with nutes. Imthe concept is only needing to add water. So if it is a note problem it's in the bucket itself. It definitely isn't an oberwatering issue as I've been underwatering it up until recently. Since you seem to know what you're talking about, is this a major concern at this stage? Of so what should I do to help?

It sure looks like it has too much water. (I don't always trust pictures, though.) You can tell by how the leaves are puffy looking. Healthy leaves are flat. But, like I said, I don't think that's the cause of the leaf tip problem. Sometimes, however, watering can release nutrients that weren't available when the soil wasn't as wet. That can cause nutrient burn.

There's always plenty to learn. LOL

It looks to me like your plant still has about another month till it's ready for harvest, so yes, I think it's a concern, but I don't think it's fatal.

Of so what should I do to help?
What are the temperature and humidity inside your tent? Knowing those will help determine what to do.

Letting the soil dry should help.

Humidity floats between like 40 to 50 depending o. The time of day. Temp stays right around 65 to 70. Maybe you are right ill cut back o. The watering. Maybe use about half a cup instead of the full one I've been using.

Maybe a zinc deficiency? Possibly others

I'd bump up the humidity to the low 50s. 40s are usually okay during flowering, but this is a sick plant, so I'd slow the transpiration rate. The temperature is probably okay, considering it's in mid flower.

Here's a VPD chart. It is a good guide to temperature and humidity settings for the life stages of these plants.

Overwatering is usually due to watering too often. Many recommend what I call the dry-and-drench method. Let the soil dry well before giving it more water. Thay like it.

I'm water the morning of the third day between waterings. About a while 16 Oz cup
