At the moment they are in a perlite, peat moss and seed raising blend. I have been watering when the pots get lighter which is about every 5-6 days the temperature sits between 24-25 degrees and humidity sits around 54% Im using a spiderfarmer se-3000 led light it’s about 28 inches from the top of plants and the light is set at 25% intensity. Does anyone know what the problem is? Everything was going fine until 4-5 days ago

Have you fed? Is the soil amended?
I have fed a couple of times with small amounts with this bottle nutrients called ag-grow I’ll post a picture of the contents and no soil isn’t amended

I'm putting my money on overwatered, peat moss holds on to lots of moisture ...

if those pots are same as my old ones they have a flat bottom with holes in but once you get weight on them they dont allow good drainage or ability to dry out . i use orchid pots now for seedlings they dry out quicker and have good drainage, plus because they are clear you can see when the roots have hit the bottom which is perfect time to transplant.

Not sure if this is the issue but I believe seedlings should have a higher humidity. Some growers use domes but it's probably too late for that.

And yeah, it could use more drainage if the holes are getting covered.

I'm guessing they're hungry...definitely for magnesium (interveinal yellowing), and possibly for other elements. If they were mine, I'd measure runoff EC of the next watering to try to get a sense for how much nutrient is in the pots.

The brown spots are....dare I say it......Cal/Mag deficiency. If they are in still in seed starting peat you need to transplant.

Yes to both. Cal/Mag supplementation and a higher NPK for your grow base. Your base shows a 2-1-3 ratio. The base I use is 7-4-10. You could double or triple strength the dose but I would start at the recommended dose and raise it incrementally to see how the plant reacts.

They are beyond seedling so humidity doesn't need to be elevated anymore. 55% - 60% is where I would want them at this stage. Once you're about to flip I would lower the humidity to around 50%. Once you see flower sites forming I would lower to 45% and leave it there.

Fix your deficiency first before doing anything else.

Cloth grow bags are awesome for this. Great side aeration.

What is the "seed raising" component of your "perlite, peat and seed raising blend"?

Looks like Ca deficiency, maybe potassium. Why though... not sure.

What is the water source? Are you testing for ph and ec/ppm or are you just raw doggin it with no testing? Eyeballing the nutes etc...

All this is water under the bridge and 99% of it does not matter. Read there post and look at what they have to work with! Look at the NPK of what they have posted and all the other goodies in the bottle. They started having problems and stopped feeding. The plants are starving. I looked at the directions online. Normal feed is 10mil a liter by there directions. Get some food to them and take a deep breath. Everything a cannabis plant needs is in that bottle. Mix up a feed,,, check the ph adjust as necessary and get the poor plants some food! I would bet one could darn near double the dose for late seedlings and through veg. And then look at one of Ag-Grow other products for flower. But you have to get something to them right now ,,,,, or just throw them out and move on. My moneys on by there post they were not feeding enough to start with and the ph was out of whack. No need to reinvent the wheel here...

Thank you everyone for all the advice its appreciated, I have figured out my ph was out it was 7.6 I don’t know why but completely forgot to monitor it so I’ll be fixing that and will feed them more than I have next watering. I have also ordered some cal-mag for if I need in the future
