Growth was slowed for different reasons by my goodness this thing just doesn't seem to do anything now. Very very few orange trichomes

Can you zoom in even more? I can clearly see a lot of amber on the leaves but since the calyxes have very little some might go unnoticed. That said I see that the trichomes are milky and not transparent so if its not ready it should be almost ready. Also depends on how much amber on the buds you want, is considered for most strains that max THC levels are obtained when you have 10-20% amber but not because of the amber ones, its an indication that the other ones are most likely milky and very little are transparent. Ideally, someone who likes brains high could do with 0 amber trichomes since theyre degraded to CBN for the most part, but then it wouldnt be at peak potency. More than 20% amber is too couch lock for me, I aim for 10--20% on the calyxes, not the leaves.

What strain is it?
This Cindarella. It's in a 5 gallon pot with really heavy medium and only half filled. My other plant two weeks younger completely finished with all yellow leaves and this is barely even yellowing. Seems like the medium has increased flowering time a lot. It doesn't hold water. But it's a nice little plant!

Its probably ready even if she is not taking the nutes from the leaves. I ended up many times with full green harvested weed because since I grow organic too and all strains and phenos eat differently sometimes they have enough to get through the last stage without taking nutes from the leaves. Some strains will take the nutes from the leaves even if you keep feeding them but some will remain healthy green. The key is in the calyxe's trichomes, but with that many milky trichomes I bet you can spot at least 10% amber in the buds.

It looks ready to me. I also grow organically. The leaves of my plants usually remain green until they change color due to senescence, if I let them get that old. Some don't show many amber trichomes.
