I agree with @the rrock, you're overwatering. All that water is like dropping the "Peoples Elbow" on your seedling. The roots need O2, without it, the roots will drown and be unable to draw in nutrients. It's a common issue with new growers (and some older ones).

At that stage of life less is more, the plant’s genetic code will guide it

The 2 leafs u see contains all the nutes it needs for it’s for a 7/14 days

If you’ve just watered I’d let them be for a few days let the soil dry out let the roots go searching for water

Once the roots are established it should be smooth sailing from there start your feed at about 1/4 dose then up as the plants get bigger

Most new growers kill there plant with love

Try not to worry to much

Notes are the key to success write down everything you do/have done in the tent
Learn from your mistakes

Everything is focused below the soil at the moment, a seedlings job is to lay as good a root system as possible before the lobed leaves run out of stored nutrients. It will use its small growing leaves to draw moisture from the air to hydrate itself, so watering a seedling is really only to stop the soil drying out around its roots, its not actually drinking water from the soil normally yet. So it's important for it to be very humid, like around 80-85%, and nice and warm, at around 80F is what I generally aim for, so it can feed from the moisture in the air. It's going to seem like its in slow motion for a week or two, then the growth starts ramping up as the roots switch to feeding the plant, and the leaves stop absorbing moisture, and start expelling it.

I would just let her dry out for a while until you see the color of the soil lighten around it, just spritzing it lightly with a misting spray 2 or 3 times a day. Make sure your light is at the right height, and intensity isn't too high. A low intensity light can make your seedlings long and spindly, but too high intensity and they'll keel over and die. In my limited experience of murdering and torturing cannabis plants, I never go closer than 18 inches on any intensity setting. anymore.

Before you know it, you'll be able to tell what your plants like, and don't like. I felt like a pet had died harvesting my first plants, I still miss them lol.

What light do you have and where is it set, power wise and height in relation to the seedlings? What medium are you in? Some mediums keep water longer naturally than others.
