This is my first time growing,
I have started deleaving for the second time noticed leavs have small shreds and some have brown tips

Could this be Pest or Nutrition error?
Please advise

Yeah definitely no need to pesticides & ruin your weed.

yeah pesticides should only be used once you clearly identified what pest your dealing with ...

Even then you can avoid pesticides

look at it this way, if your plant feels its being attacked it will put down more defenses, oils and terpines which is what you want
