all kidding aside, i appreciate the advice from everyone. any input at all helps.

Watering coco every 4-5 days is likely your issue, should be watered daily, or 2 days at most. Never let it dry!
I found this comment to say you were a hundred million percent right and thank you my plants are a million times better you’re the man!

Glad you’re finding better results. Your containers look pretty small, so as flowering progresses, you may find your plants wanting feedings even more frequently. GL grower.
Most of them are three gallon and a few are one gallon. Weirdly I shit you not the plants in the one gallons all got slightly bigger during veg. but I also didnt know what I was doing with water and shit so maybe it was just a fluke lmao but next time I plan on doing all three gallons since they don’t dry out as fast and I just can’t water that much by hand with my schedule.

What size do you run?

It can help in coco to do multiple transplants as the only way to really overwater in coco is a container that’s too big for the plant. Small plants always grow better in small containers. With coco you really wouldn’t need a container bigger than 3gal.
My last grow was a promix/perlite mix, so I opted for 5gal.

Awesome man thank you very much

Hi, I saw your call for help, the following are all the Symptoms of yellowing leaf. My suggestion is go through each one and rule them out untill one fits. Once you find your problem, a solution is easily obtained.
I also would suggest using Plant Parent App. This app is amazing and super close for diagnosing issues when growers can not figure things out themselves. TAKE 3 pictures of the problem and it will list the closest result to the image for dialing in a issue. I hope this helps you.

chlorosis

Symptoms of overwatering

Leaves turning yellow-brown, from the bottom of the plant moving upward
As leaves wilt, they become wet and mushy
New growth becomes brown
Rotting roots may give off a musty smell

Symptoms of underwatering

Yellow leaves throughout the plant
Leaves shrivel but take on a dry, crispy quality
Whole plant could begin to sag
Growth will slow and eventually stop

Symptoms of pH issues

Yellowing leaves
Brown spots on leaves
Drying leaves
Slow or stalled growth

Symptoms of nutrient lockout and nutrient deficiencies

Leaves yellowing at outer edges and veins (magnesium)
Leaves yellowing at base and moving toward the tips (sulphur)
Yellowing of older, lower leaves, moving upward (nitrogen)
Discolouration starting at the tip of the leaf and moving inward (phosphorous)
Dull colouration and “burning” (potassium)
Brown spots on upper fan leaves (calcium)

Symptoms of light burn

Yellowing or browning of upper fan leaves, and potentially on sugar leaves and buds too
Lower leaves shouldn’t be affected; if they are, something else is going on

Symptoms of excessive temperatures

Discolouration of fan leaves
Thin and wispy bud production

Symptoms of bud rot

Yellowing of sugar leaves from the base outward, as the base of the bud rots first
