What is happening here why is my white flowers dying or turning orange like its dying from something 🫣😱

its not light burn , you would see that on the leaves first and the leaves would curl up. they are fine, i had a few hairs which went orange almost straight away then they just stop then it will grow some more, then it will bulk up .

Do you have any fans blowing directly on the plants? Could possibly be a cause.
