I took some a few clones from her before I realized she had hermied on me.I also just got some seedlings going. Should I totally get rid of clones as not to mess with the seedlings or could clones not be hermied also?

My Spidey senses are telling me the clones will likely also herm on you, kinda genetically disposed to now 'I would assume'. You could be risking your entire next crop, and further crops too if that pollen leaks all over your grow spaces. Personally I'd be in damage control mode, male pollen is the friend of breeders, and the scourge of growers.

I'd be hella annoyed, but I think I would cut n burn the hermie, unless you flip it and have the patience to constantly neuter every single pollen sack/banana that appears on the buds. With a smallish plant you might be able to, but if its massive it will be a full time job/nightmare.

Horrible situation my friend, Im an auto grower ATM, so get more opinions than mine before you do anything radical.

I was going to take some clones off a couple different plants (that was the plan) I decided not to just incase they were herming on their own without the wildly unstable environment I was providing them at the time hahaha, pretty sure I had a few light leaks and maybe even the humidity fluctuating so bad 🤷‍♂️ if I had the time and space I would of cloned those two that hermed because they were stable “enough” genetics to almost be certain they hermed because of my actions in the room. But im trying to get my smoke on and didnt want to risk my entire future run (i already thought the current run was seeded from the germ, and im still not sure entirely)

Im with R4 though. and moving forward without the cuttings. unless you want too keep one or two just so its manageable to watch them closely? I think though most would say chuck them.

Second try northern lights auto from #seedsupreme using advanced nutrients to shelf, low pressure aeroponics, this time instead of dwc,16 on 8 off schedule so far do good last run hermied on me ,git 19 grams out of it.....lol, I'm trying to be less hands on, trying not to stress plant so it don't hermie on me again, no defoliation I'm low stress training this time just topped her that is it...started seeds on Jan 1st so about 6 weeks in.

Clones will be hermied, just like the mother. If you don't mind seeds in your smoke then grow it if you like, but I would cull that tranny quick.
