With only scant info it's near impossible to know.
A pure guess is you're either drowning them or
over feeding them or both. Oh, and or frying
them with too much light.

You need to tell us everything you can about
your grow, then maybe we can help ๐Ÿคœ ๐Ÿ˜‰ ๐Ÿ‘

Light could be a bit bright.
Medium looks to be soaking .

I start my seeds in oasis , itโ€™s neutral and whatever I add is it.

Your using a rockwool cube by the looks of it.
I would presoak my rockwool in a lower phโ€™d water as itโ€™s an acidic product.
Personally would use a tray until my seeding sprouted and root made it to bottom of cube.
So I soaked cube with my water and added seed.
Thatโ€™s it no more water unless of coarse the cube dried up , but that should not be happening for days as that cube soaks up a lot.
Seed come up and roots should grow deeper.
Keeping cube moist but not soaking wet.

Once my seedling root comes out the bottom off cube looking for water itโ€™s into my net pot.
Planted deep enough so that cube is covered with pebbles and algee water by grow on my cube from the lights.

I would then run my water about 1 inch under the cube , so partially into the net pot.
Bubble and wait.

No drip ring , I want my roots to be encouraged to look for water.

Enjoy.

Are your seedlings' roots making it down to the water in the res? If not, how often are you top watering? NVM, I see the drip ring. I'm guessing they're drowning.

Smokey is correct in everything except rockwool is naturally alkaline, not
acidic. I grow in rockwool and start my seeds directly in the 1.5" cube
pretty much same as Smokey. I pre-soak @ 5.5 for 15-30 minutes for
the 1.5 & 4" inch respectively & 30-60 minutes for the slabs.

Thank you for clarification, have not used in some time

They look to me like they drowning, too much water in/over your seedling media. I left mine for three days in an tray just misting the plugs every few hours.

I am not using any nutrients, I do have water shooting on the seedling. My light is at 50% and is 12 inches from the plant. If you look at the video you can see the water shooting on the plant. Please advise.

Weird way to start seedlings along.

I used DWC and RDWC for many many years and never put seedlings in.

Always transplanted from either rockwool or coco plugs after the stem diameter and roots looked ready. Especially if you use hydroton or grow stone. Those little seedlings donโ€™t like it.

Always hand watered (top or bottom fed) as well until the plant was sturdy and roots were deep enough to take advantage of what hydro is giving.

Also, light at 50% is not an accurate measurement. You need an average PPFD reading between 100-300 at the top of the plant. Get a cheap meter if you donโ€™t have one. It will help a lot with avoiding stretch.
