My plants are a few weeks into flower with my light on 18/6 with my 2 auto flowers..should I be turning off my warm mist humidifier during the dark hours? With it on it goes to about 65 rh with the light off and about 35 with the light and humidifier off..

How is the air flow in the tent and through the plants? If there's a lot of foliage/lack of air flow through the plants then I would take the 35% over the 65%.

40%-50% would be better. You could achieve that with a grow controller and proper adapters or even a simpler device like the Inkbird humidity controller, you plug your humidifier into it and set it to the humidity level you want and it will turn your humidifier on and off based on the reading from the humidity probe.

Buy an ink bird humidity controller
Thtll turn it off when you go out of optimal range for you
I've been going to war with what I have and learning what I need to win as I go..I'm in week 10 my buds look ok but probably not the best..I've learned so much I can't wait the next time out

You can probably just turn it off altogether, the humidity rises at lights out anyways and the evaporated water starts to settle
