Usually just when the gills expose themselves. So something is actually growing lol finally

I have no idea![]()
Thank youUsually just when the gills expose themselves.
I don’t know that much about alcohol extraction, but you may want to consider the recipe in The Psilocybin Mushroom Bible. It’s alot simpler. Maybe more effective? IDK.For a week straight, I added 2ml to my morning coffee every day.
You ever hear of “mush more” i cant find him anywhere! I came across him on TikTok a few years back. Ordered some mixed goods from him, awesome stuff!im a big myco guy, if you need help I've been on a commercial level for 6-7 years

I would do my best to make sure the fruits weren’t pressed up against the wet sides since that’ll just encourage bacteria and rot, but keep it closed as much as you can. After you harvest you can probably rehydrate it for a second flush. Misting is what a lot of people do but I’ve really found injecting water into the substrate to be the most effective way without bruising fruits or causing abortsDo I need to peel the bag off or cut it or just leave it alone

But, mainly, I’d follow a Microdosing Protocol. Your brain doesn’t have the ability to take and process psilocybin every day, consistently. Most protocols involve taking one microdose every 2, 3, or 4 days, and then comparing dose days, transition days, and “normal” days.
I tried to source a copy of The Psilocybin Mushroom Bible, but couldnt find a free download. (Its out there somewhere).
What type of yields should someone expect from some of the common gourmet varieties? Any tips?im a big myco guy, if you need help I've been on a commercial level for 6-7 years

agar to grain is king. sterilizing your own grain is easy as pie. most pre sterilized grain bags have been sitting long enough to be compromised, they are never fully sterile really just the organisms "beat down" enough so your inoculant has no competitors until fully established and colonized. a bag of rye or wheat berries from Amazon, a pressure cooker and jars and you're off to the races my friend.Been thinking of growing some shrooms myself again. Looking for better way to grow really. So far I've done it using BRF in a mason jar until colonized.
Was thinking about using grain bags and monotub. Don't know much of the different methods. Actually I was surprised they grew. The first time the substrate got moldy.
Thanks for the info. Bought a pressure cooker years ago just for sterilizing jars and hardly used it lol.I’ve only grown actives

grain based spawn will also open up the world of sclerotia for you should you want to grow them truffles and whatnot
