Thanks for the comment, really appreciate it and I am still envying your light lol! Also, you can combine the adlights I am using with your own light. I think already got a real benefit of the blue ones during veg. How the others turn out we still have to see. I am also a newby and trying out what the current market has to offer haha.

So bottemline is that I don't really know if my current disco of 6 lights is beneficial, but I think so and will keep trying it out for this run.

Haha I wish I could smell up the whole building here lol! Unfortunately I have to keep it on a down low, I truly hope within a few years people everywhere in the world can grow for themselves without consequences. How do you like the Mammoth light? That is really the pinnacle of LED lightning at the moment in my opinion. Bought mine before these came out, but still like the LM301H EVO led's.
Sucks it's not legal where u r. I'm limited to 4 mature and 4 others. I think I like the mammoth? Dunno, my first grow and went w what I researched was the best light for my tent. I believe I'm happy with it?! Still looking into the far reds though. Super interested in watching ur grow!!

Yeah, it is really dumb as well. State is missing out on taxes and stuff. Thanks for your interest!

Day 56 (from sowing seeds, day 53 since sprouting and 41 days after transplanting from aero to rdwc):

For the last few days I got a little trouble to remain the proper temperature and humidity because of higher outside temp and the dense canopy. Leaves are starting to look lighter green and some have turned yellow:

IMG 6053

Should I lightly defoliate some leaves around the budsites? And cut away the yellow leaves? Or just let it right like this? What do you guys think?

Seems like a lot of yellow this early on
They should stay on veg formula for 2-
3 weeks into flowering, b4 switching to
bloom nutes.

Yes, they could stand to be thinned out
some for better air flow & light penetration

Yeah, I knew something seems not to be right. After looking back, for the last two days pH was 6.3 on average, so I probably caused a nutrient lockout with that high pH. Just brought it back to pH6.0, hope this helps a bit. I start using the preflower nutrient regime when the first pistols came visible. 10 days ago I did the first res change with full flower nutrients. Probably too soon?

Yeah, too soon. I don't think any feed
charts show maintaining veg nutes far
enuff into flowering, I usually go 10-14
days after flip, some go as much as 3
weeks - depending on how much stretch
you want.

Keep them at a ruler height depending if it’s a stevia or indica or two and depending on the wattage and what kind of light you really want sodium hay lights but these can get hot messing up temp

Ah that is very good to know, haven't read that anywhere yet.

At the moment I am dealing with an odd problem. The temperature keeps climing up to 25C/77F while the room temperature (AC cooled with a decent 3,5kWh split unit) is 19C/66F. I already unplugged the heater to rule that out, opened up the tent and let it cool down a bit but as soon as I close it the temperature is back to 77F/25C again. There is negative pressure, the light intensity hasn't been changed. Are the plants generating this heat? RDWC system stays at 18C/64,4F. I can't wrap my head around it lol. Any ideas?

Yeah I am keeping them at the recommended level of 14 inch above the canopy. For the past weeks at has been at 51%, which translates with my mainlight to 244,8W.

Do you have a speed controller on suction of air that might help if you do.

Also ice in the room may help

You get a normal small fan you can try pointing that towards the exhaust

Yeah the 6" inline fan is running between level 3 and 6 (out of 10) which was never a problem until the past two days. Very strange. The tent is in a small room, the room temperature is 6C/11F lower ten inside the tent. I did not change the light intensity, so I am a bit clueless why the temperature won't lower. This is fucking up my vpd ☹️

And I want to lower the temp and humidity towards the end, always thought I could control the temperature by blasting the AC in the room but this proves otherwise...

Just get a normal extra fan the exhaust fan ain’t enough to control temperature you will need a air blowing fan that rotates

I already have two oscillating fans installed, opposite position from eachother blowing over the canopy (level 6 out of ten). I already turned off the feature dynamic wind to rule it out.

Little tip

Heat don’t go side ways even if you push it side ways it only raise so my advice is if you want to cut a hole in the top or loads of little holes and point the fans towards them. You can get these tiny fans put two of them when you put the holes and see if that helps

Hey bro, in hydro you can run at way higher temps.
I don't know & don't care what my VPD is.
I run at temps as high as 95f, mainly bc of heat
coming from 2 dehumidifiers. Plants eat it up as
long as they're provided with all they can eat &
drink. My RH is usually 45ish during lights on &
50ish during lights out.

They can also handle way more light, again, as
long as you have everything else dialed in.

Little tip

I am venting the tent out through the tent roof. Just check the lightintensity to rule it out, no problem. Also measured the driver of the light, only 37c/98f so I could touch it easily. The ledbars themself where even cooler. I still don't understand where this heat is coming from all of a sudden (2 days)...

To see if it improves the tent temperature, and it was already on the to-do-list, I finally drilled through the wall lol.
I am not much of handy men, did not ever had to use a drill before and now I had quite the task upon me haha.

Could not ask someone for advise or someone to do it for me, no smell/no sell/don't tell. Because I was clueless how to start I founc this video, watched it, and try to do the same haha:

How it started:

The 6"/152mm wide drillsaw:

IMG 6066

Since the drillsaw was not deep enough, I had to drill from the other side as well to get through the wall, piece I pulled out:

And now the ducting is connected to the mainoutlet, through the roof, instead of reventing into the same room again:
(black hose is venting the "dirty" air from the out of the tent (through a ACI carbon filter) and out of the roof.

IMG 6064

Can already tell it helps with the smell. Unfortunately it does not really seem to help with the higher temperature in the tent. But less smell in the house, no more stale air, love it!

Tomorrow I will do a reservoir change again. The buds apear to be a little big bigger now, and I also see some cyrstals on the sugarleaves:

Glad I am finally venting outside, let's see how this goes.

Over time it looks like you have to much tubing building up heat inside now you have the top done you will see temps drop. Because like I said heat rises

If it’s your first time growing you will see the white hair I can’t think of the right word for them right now but you will see it start changing colour soon you will start seeing it turn orange amber brown even purple depending on strain but this is natural it shows the progress most people use this to estimate harvesting time like when to crop.

Yeah I watched the white pistols closely, and I do see some orange/amber in the end of the pistols now. How they will all bulk up further. Tomorrow I will take away some leaves, after the reservoir change.
