Anyone here run an Induction lamp before

Yo I got me a Sylvania 150 Induction street lamp it is my Favorite Grow light I kid you not. My plants love it. However a couple of my plants turning red stems with Twisted Cupping Growth I was like what the F then I took out my PPFD meter... Holy Sheeeet at 4 inches I be getting like 900 Micro Moles Yo... I just backed the F off this animal of a small Grow Lamp! 900 is like 2x what should be chilling at this early Veg state. Not to mention I am a little cold and dry and my root zone although some would say ideal for Hydro I prefer a little warmer around 70 for my Super Saturated Bennies l.e.c.a topdrip/RDWC!

I took a look and it says that it is 5000k! Not full spectrum! Great for veg, but maybe not so great for flower! Just two cents!

Yes Sir Only use for Veg. Although some blue = not bad in Flowering...
