How do i grow bud as good as the medical dispensory?

Everyone has their own preference on type, aging, curing and so on. I believe the industry going in the wrong direction. Perfection is at a dead end. Yes they just told me the other day that the dispenso stuff is shit and that they instead go to Hartford CT to get it from some guy who brings it in from Cali. Anything gets me toasted so ive just been smoking the stuff i harvested since last september.

Hello, how much are You watering/feeding per plant? Consider every watering very important, it's experience. Try tl use bone meal un cultivarse when You prepare the compost. Im a loyal users of HPS, did You try it? 400/600/1000w give Nice results.

Just a lil effort a decent light some decent nutrients and the right genetics this is my first ever grow I harvested one auto outa my first run and getting ready to harvest my photo and the other auto and every bit of it is gonna be better than anything I got from the dispensary the key is listen to advice when given as long as it's good advice from a good source " guys in here" , Patience, less is more, in total I may have $200 in my complete setup light tent fans carbon filter soil nutrients I started this very grow in a 28x28 mylar blabket tent with a 26 watt Walmart grow light moved up to a $50 bloomplus xp1500 and thats all u need man get urbplant veged wherevu want it make sure its healthy flip and just feed the thing honestly its not as hard as i was making ot out to be most of its common sense if she looks hungry feed her if she looks like ur giving her to much light adjust the light

Looks amazing. How are you regulating your temp and humidity on such a budget? I have gotten major nutrient deficiencies and burnt tips every single grow and they are very difficult for me to diagnose correctly.

No I have not looked into the soil very much I use FF ocean forest mixed with happy frog and some brut worm castings and a bit of extra pearlite. I would like to take my soil and feeding to the next level because I always get nute deficiencies and tip burn but i assumed the reason for all that was my temp and humidity problems. I use grow big and tiger bloom when feeding, sometimes calmag. i use like a quarter of the suggested amount and only every other watering or even less frequently. Watering usually every other day or every couple days but alot of times i get to a point where my soil seems to like die and harden faster and the plants need water daily.

How to diagnos nutrient toxicity from nutrient deficiency:

Deficiencys normally start on the lower leaves of the plant and the damage shows in the center of the leaf first.

Toxicity normally start at the edges of leaves first.

Note: damaged leaves will not heal, so look to new growth for evidence of good health.

Even in You have "perfect" environment, and all in "order" like books says, if youre not pay attention to plants the results Will be a lottery, not always is like books or feeding tables says, some strains like to eat more than others, some reacts better to led and some to MH/HPS or heat than others...in My opinion is how You build your own technique, sometimes experience and try make the diference from the "perfect" article. That looks pretty good man, some buds doesnt need to look like a mutant frosty mag pic, some landraces or 7/10 appears bud can kick in the Best feelings or taste like gods, or smells like heaven. What You can doo too is put same strain cut in diff pots and use different techniques and feeding, and test the results, sometimes You can push a little bit more.
Sometimes you can push a little further than the margin of error when it comes to certain fertilizers. If You look for mag Bid pic isnt tooo difficult, Sometimes frosty is not tasteful or Even harsh at smoke time.

your gear looks good to me fam!, yeah some are some snooty fuckers about bud but who cares haha. my immediate suggestion would be to upgrade lighting, the SF1000's and 2000's are nice lights but in a 4x4 youre gunna want a nice even spread and probably at least 500w to have available. like others have said itll take other investments depending on your other equipment etc. grow styles, training methods those smaller lights just don’t have the consistently even spread across the full canopy, and due to reduced power have less penetration into the canopy reducing lower end yield and density

Also for picky strains are a pain sometimes, But if you cloned and are rerunning the same pheno and you took good notes you can mitigate those negatives from the run being proactive knowing what the cultivar wants based off what you saw last run. That’s my usual method and I tweak it for 4-5 runs from clone till it’s where I want it

Yeah it's not easy...50 60 days veg, 70 90 days flower, now dry and cure...a lot can go wrong between A and Z. Having a routine and a chosen helps immensely...that and experience!

Forget that bottled crap...Dr Earth is so easy it's embarrassing. Stick with your fox farms HF and OF...if you like, but you can use the Dr Earth 4 6 3 to re amend your soil instead of buying it every time. Let it cook during your next grow cycle and rotate your bins of soil... I just top dress my re amended soil with 4 4 4 and 3 9 4 at the appropriate times and water...that is it and you get this...Stray SD FEMs at day 50
