Whats wrong with my lil baby is it underwater

They look overwatered to me..very puffy, to the point where individual venules are visible. Overwatering is watering too often, not giving too much water at once. It's hard to say without knowing how your media holds water, but in a peat-based amended soil, plants that small in pots that big might go 10 days or more between waterings.

I watered them today because the dirt felt Dry... So whats my first move maybe wait until dryer completely out.? Dp a finger test then water.?

In peat-based amended soils, I water by pot weight. When the pots are very light, I water slowly to runoff. I don't know your soil, so I'm hesitant to say how it should be watered. If it's a commercial brand, I'd be looking for information from growers who have success with it.

Looks over watered to me as well leafs are almost swollen from all the moisture. Rule of thumb there is to water the entire medium untill ypu get run off. Then don't water till the medium has basically dried out. Lift the pots to check the weight to tell when to water this could take like 10 days but not usually lol.

This is what I would do I'd let them dry out and then I give them quarter gallon every 3 days

Very important to start a watering regimen

What's with all the pearling inside those pots most medium base soils is premix good enough

I can't imagine that pearling is that mixed in the soil otherwise known as take that shit off the top

here's some seedlings I have planted in medium base soil no need to add any pearling

Nice, well my medium isn't Mixed With that much perlite.. Like 30 percent... Of the dirt. The reason I put perlite at the top of the dirt like that.. Is because its one hypothesis I came to. To stop the one thing that always tries to invade my grow. gnats

Sand would work better. But sand can cut your roots as well as it settles in to the soil.

Probably just a little transplant shock

It's normal when you transplant for some plants to get weird for a week or so until it gets used to it's new home. Give it another 3-5 days to dry back so the root ball will expand into the new medium looking for water. The dirt you're using is a coco blend so it should be slightly more forgiving

Letting the soil dry between waterings will control gnats. Their larvae live in the top layer of soil. They can't live there if it's dry.

This an update I posted about 5 days ago asking why my babyplants looked either under or over watered or maybe transplant shock being that it was trans planted 2 days prior but you guys decided over so I haven't watered 5/6 days.. These are the now a ng s the pots are lights. Whats my next move.. I'll be taking pics every five days lets see If you guys can help me through this grow of White truffles

They're definitely growing! The color looks good but their posture is still slouchy. If the pots are very light weight now then definitely water them.

When did you top them?

What's the day/night temp and humidity where they grow? Are they on or very close to a cold floor?

What are you using for airflow/exhaust?

What kind of light are they under?

They are 26 days old The light are currently 20 inch away. Its Led Spider farmer and its not on full power just a little past 50 percent light power. And I just recently lilo pop them 2 days ago dispute it looking under/over water..
