White spots on leaves, "stuff" on underside...

Can anyone offer insight into what this might be.
-RDWC
-autoflowers, 4 different strains
-3 of 4 plants affected
- 1 way worse than others
- healthy plant shows no signs
-temp and humid stable at 75degF/50%RH.
-ph stable at 5.8-6.0
-860 ppm (green planet 3 part)

Havnt seen any actual bugs....

Those are bugs and exoskeletons left behind. I think aphids although your picture isn’t very clear

They will be all over the healthy plant next they are already over there.
