Silicon recommendation to use with ffhf and gaia

Hi.
Im looking for a silicon recommendation.

The kind of silicon that promotes strong stems and branches.

I use ffhf with gaia dry ammendments in 3 gal pots.

I bought raw brand silicon but it's made from diatomite so I believe thar is different.

Also, can you add it during flower?
