How long can i expect to be in the vegetitive stage with my pineapple express photoperiod. And what will tell me that its starting to flower and that its time to change the lighting schedule. What will i wang to look for that tells me its time to change the lighting schedule to flowering

height limitation with flowering stretch and how much your tent is filled with colas is usually the things you would consider before switching to flower.

*there are no rules, and there are many ways & timings to flower, the old school ways are still prevalent I think? Veg for 8 weeks, start the 12/12 photoperiod, and flower for 8+, some flip early 4, 6 weeks, some will go 12/12 from seed.... (gardeners choice)

I still go 8 wks Veg usually, so they're bigger/stronger, I have done all of the above...

as @HerbalEdu said sometimes there are limiting factors...

I got some Pineapple Express finishing now. And depending on Pheno they can stretch a lot. Mine at least doubled in height if not more it’s a Lovely strain though

Need more info like the size of your area, what you’re trying to do with the plant etc etc every persons grow is different depending on their conditions. I’ve been known to flip plants when they are like six inches tall if it’s a new strain I really wanna try haha

Grower's choice. For most growers, it seems to vary from 4 to 8 weeks. The longer the vegetation, the bigger the plant will be when it's done stretching. (I haven't grown that strain.)

12 hours of darkness is what causes the plant to flower.

Height of the plant matters and how much room there is in the tent (if growing in a tent, of course). I don't let them get much taller than 1/3 the distance from the soil to the light (as a rule of thumb). I make sure the plant is healthy before changing the light.
