Are my plants ready to be cut or do they need longer?

Are my plants looking ready to harvest? Im not sure if they are ready yet as I still have white hairs but they look milky. Thanks in advance

Very hard to tell without getting in close to the trichs. I harvest at just 1-5% Amber on the buds, not the leaves, I prefer the more heady THC high. I used to use a jewelers loupe for a while, but since using a USB microscope ($35), it's so much easier to judge it correctly. Looks awesome in pictures too.
