I got a free pack of Pine tree Kush from Dirty bird genetics, in an order from NASC. I set it aside for a rainy day. On the pine note. One of my favorite plants that I ever grew was bag seed from this un labeled qp my buddy got back in the day. It was back door medical dispo weed that wasn’t labeled properly, only clue to the lineage was that it was a 90/10 Sativa. We called it unknown sativa and it was very heavy on the pine tree notes. That bud got you ripped instantly from one or two good hits. One of the many strains that I didn’t clone, and kick myself in ass for not doing.theyre damn near extinct now.
I get some pine to the profiles every now and then, ill pick up some bud and itll have some pine in the smell and flavor. Some of my peacveblasters are piney. But a lot of other stuff going on too in them, skunky, chemy, savory, gassy etc. Theyre usually pretty damn complex just no sweet or fruity.
I havent had a bag of bud street or self produced with that "stains your face like pine sol" profile in a long ass time
until that 1 pheno of white thunder i only ran once as like a 16yo, i thought that crazy pine was something people were putting on the weed. But that white thunder would stain your face like pine sol, even from a popcorn bud dried in the oven

that was the very last time i ever tasted that true stains your face pine until two summer ago. A deadhead friend i made in KC was growing these giant pointy christmas tree buds that did the stain your face pine thing. He gave me a fat bud full of seeds too.
Me and captain popped several of them and all we got were mango and dog shampoo smelling hybrid phenos. The Mango nectar is one of those. He said they were reg seed too, but between three growers there was only a single male (although that kinda happened in reverse with me and captain on the haymeadow purps too
Long story short its been 16 years and im still hunting for that True pine-flavored flower. I ordered four 3 packs of those kera white thunders from herbies once i found out they still stock them.

Yep, I don’t ever usually run a humidifier, hate fillin em, I have a 4500 Sq ft dehu in the lung room with the drain going right into the sump, but I’ll only use it if my RH is really high at end of flower / start of dry, makes the rom too warm to my liking it’s a big dehu, i feeder making sure they have good air circulation and lots of air exchange and you should be ok as long as it’s not too crazy high

Space heaters are the killer. Mine are so small but still equivalent to like 5 of my lights power wise.
It's a bit ready like in France... After I live in a 55m2 apartment on the Mediterranean coast.... so not really winter... I pay between 50 and 60 euros with my growbox. After that, I am also very careful about my electricity consumption
