Hello Everyone!
I am new to this forum and am happy to be here with fellow cultivators and enthusiasts! I am currently in the middle of my first grow after stopping about a decade ago. I wish I never put down the green thumb, but things happen sometimes! It all comes full circle and here I am with a new set up and better understanding of my relationship with this plant! I am very green when it comes to cultivation, even though I have grown before, and welcome all advice and constructive criticism. I am at the end of the vegging cycle so I will be taking clones soon, letting them recover, and then flippin' the light cycle! Very excited for that, but I need to dial things in and take clones.

My current set up is:
4'x4' tent (craigslist find)
Growers Choice ROI-E720 4'x'4' (used in 3 flower cycles, also craigslist)
T5 and CLFs for beginning veg
2 small red and blue LEDs (full spec I think - also craigslist)
Age Old Nutrients - Grow, Kelp, Fish/Seaweed, Microsynergy, and Flower
Smallboy from Hydrologic - *Not RO* unfortunately - Tap water filtration (gets the ppms to ~50 and ph ~7.2 to start)
Carbon Filtered intake/exit fan plus base fan for air movement in tent
Small humidifier running 24/7 - super dry where I am, probably need another one

I have 4 different strains, 2 in Coco and 2 in Soil. The largest (back right) is Black Cherry Gelato, I started her on a 24/7 cfl light back in December for fun - seed was in some flower I purchased. The one closest on the right side is Grilled Cheese from Colorado Seed Inc. The closest left is Aloha Limone, also from Colorado Seed Co. The back left one is a mix of Chemy Jones and a hybrid called Danky Kong. These seeds were given to me from a fellow cultivator. These other three seeds were started in January. Because I was slowly collecting items and relearning many things my plants took a very long time to grow, hence how small they are for their age!! I've been trying to learn as I go, without making too many mistakes but it's hard as you all know!

Black Cherry Gelato:
Age: Week 14
Medium: Soil (Ocean Forest by Fox Farm)
PPM runoff: 900 (way too high, been flushing all plants!)
Ph runofff: 7.1

Grilled Cheese (Cheese Quake x Gupta Kush)
Age: Week 11
Medium: Soil (Ocean Forest, Fox Farm)
Ppm runoff: 750
Ph runoff: 6.8

Grow numba one 2025 a new era 3

Aloha Limone (Hawaiian Sunrise x Nina Limone)
Age: 8 weeks
Medium: Coco
Ppm runoff: 648
Ph runoff: 7.8

Grow numba one 2025 a new era 4

Danky Kong x Chemy Jones*
Age: 8 weeks
Medium: Coco
Ppm runoff: Too high (unknown)
Ph runoff: 7.8

*only half of this seed actually grew into the plant. At germination half of the seed withered away. So it's been a struggle from the beginning. This plant has grown slower than the others and seems more delicate overall.

I am currently flushing all the plants. I realized the ppms were too high last week because I was over feeding and now am trying to correct that!

Update:
Three of the four are bouncing back. Black Cherry Gelato, Grilled Cheese, and Aloha Limone seem to be liking the flush. I'll be flushing them one more time for ppms and ph levels, and then adding in nutrients accordingly. The Danky Kong x Chemy Jones is still drying out after the flush. She's the one I'm most concerned about, but I can't do much for a few days due to how soaked she is still. I plan to flush her again to see where her ph and ppms are. I think she has nutrient lockout so I suspect she'll just need another flush and not any nutrients, but I could be wrong.

I also took clones of all four today. I wanted to wait on Danky Kong but I need to flip these into flower soon so I went ahead with it. This is my first time cloning so I hope I have beginners luck! I have a dome, single CFL, a cat heating pad (lol), rapid rooters, and cloneX rooting gel. I put a box in between the cat heater pad and the cloning dome so it wouldn't get too hot. I figure it'll trap hot air in between and keep it relatively warm, but I'll keep an eye on it to be sure. I used a scalpel with Iso 90% to keep things clean and took from the bottom section of each plant. I snipped all the leaves and little buds off. Sliced the bottom at a 45 degree angle and took off the top layer of the stem so roots could form.

Looks good! Maybe take it easy on the watering a little bit? I could be wrong though. Sometimes the ladies like to droop a little after a heavy watering. Other than that looks good. I grew some Aloha Limone recently and it was a great plant that produced some fire flowers. I'm still smoking on some right now! Good luck to you!

Hey thanks! Yeah I've definitely overwatered them...😬

I don't think I've ever seen an underwatered or underfed plant on the farm!

Good luck and keep us posted!

Thanks for the responses and support everyone! I don't have many people to share this experience with and appreciate the feedback!

Day 2 for the clones. They seem to be doing ok, but it's early!

I cut three of each plant (plus an extra one for Grilled Cheeeeesey). I am planning to slowly open up the vents starting tomorrow, but so far I've just left it covered with 2 "burps" to get fresh air in. Though, this may be weird, but on the second "burp" I fully breathed into the dome to introduce CO2 and closed it off. Not sure if that does anything but it was fun and I've been thinking of getting some CO2 bags for the main grow.

Suggestions? Anything to lookout for?
