The yellowing between the veins of the leaves (interveinal chlorosis) is an indication of magnesium deficiency. Add 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt (MgSO4) per gallon of water. Keep using it till about 4 weeks into flowering. It's unlikely to get too much Mg. It can inhibit calcium, though, so watch for a Ca deficiency. That won't be a problem for your plants any time soon.
Your plants look to be overwatered. It's best to use no more water than 10% to 20% of the pot volume.
Most cannabis growers don't use plastic pots. The roots need well aerated soil for gas exchange. In particular, they need oxygen. Plastic pots also retain water. That, I believe, is a big part of your problem. That doesn't mean you can't have a successful grow with plastic pots, however. Just consider using well-aerated pots for your next grow.
I can see roots at the surface of the soil. That's an indication of too-frequent watering. Let the soil dry between waterings. It's okay to let the plants wilt slightly. Just water when you see wilt. At that stage of plant growth, we want the roots to grow deep and wide. That's the reason for dry backs. Watering near the edge of the pot helps, too.
