Alright I really appreciate the advice thank youIt looks like they need more light. It's the usual cause of stretching. Use a small stick like a BBQ skewer to tie them up. Even better, add some soil around the stem to push them up. (Cannabis can root from the stem.)
Yea I was really thinking when I grabbed the cup on the left, I fixed the light issue I guess I just gotta wait and see if it does the trickYou'll also want your light to be more directly above if you can. If they grow out much more at an angle like that, it could kink under the weight. There is no coming back (generally) from breaking a seedling's stem.
Consider rigging a large clear plastic container to act as a humidity dome. Really handy for protecting your seedling should your heating or cooling change dramatically in the house, they will be in a protected environment.
Also, you're going to have a very hard time getting that plant on the left out of that container. You're going to have to carefully cut that off past that concave ring part. It's good that its a little see through, you should be able to avoid the roots. The one on the right is the correct shape to use, so its slips out of its container easy for 'up potting'.
I know this because 30 years ago I grew a seedling in a small glass storage mason jar (not the opened mouth kind) just on the 'what if'. When it actually grew and got a little bigger, I realized I was going to have to tap it with a hammer to get it out. It worked and the glass fell off it like a mold, but it's only a mistake you're allowed to make once lol.
Best of Luck on your grow, when you're kicking back and smoking your own, its all worth it.
