I don’t understand why you think flushing would be beneficial it wouldn't.
It would stress the heck out off it.

How far away is your light
You really want it about 24-36” away

Ah maybe I understand

By light burn we mean burnt from too much light not
“ light burn as in lightly burned from food”

Ahh okay! I’ll try to lift another 10 inches.
 
It was already at 27 inches but I’ll try lifting the light more and turn it to 80%
 
Keeps it at 27” or will probably stretch
Dialling it down to 80% should be enough allbeit some would dail it back to 50% at the stage you are depending on the lights wattage
Hardly anyone runs led at max setting as leds are very intense

My own doesn’t go above 80% even in flower
