Is this seedling ready to transplant to potting soil? I would transplant to ocean potting aoil

I don't see many roots but it's certainly tall because of lack of light but since you don't use grow lights to keep it shorter your gonna need to be very careful there's a chance it will fold over and do a face plant. So place a small stick along side it and secure it. It needs way more light as you've been told in your previous posts.

So I should wait to see significant root growth in the cup before transplanting? She's way to leggy for my liking, I'll stake her as you suggested. My thinking was to transplant because she's in seedling starter soil and not getting enough nutrients and contributing to her being leggy. And to your point, not enough light
