Did you get a take n bake?
Na I got the nutrients & mineral set up to mix in a 3 CF bale kit, on account of I wanted to use local worm castings. Boy mixing that soil wasn’t for the weak hahaha. Probably woulda been easier with a bigger tarp I used a 9x12’

Daaaang! Those are some proper looking plants dude! Check it out got my ingredients to mix my soil up, *peet moss not pictured View attachment 2413386
Oh you’re gunna love that stuff man, I started out with a combination of pre mixed in each pot

Did 2 cu ft of Dominion blend limited edition soil plus 1.5 bags of light recipe then started adding even more on top of that but the have explosive growth once they root into that bag looks like you have 30’s too? Or are they the 20s?

You said you bought the materials was that the full kit or what did you all get break it down!

Be forewarned if you let the plants get this big I’m watering a gallon and a half a day per pot to keep them around 50-54% moisture in the bottom 1/3

Looks fantastic bro 👌 👍 👊

Hell yeah!

Multi biggest issue I just realized… will be the defol, I’ll have to climb in underneath the nets and defol the lowers from the bottom, needs to be done though it’s packed under there, Sunday will be end of week 3 I’ll be off Monday, I’m thinking most of the day will be broken up into stints of defols as long as my back can handle it at a time lol

I relaized how much will be removed after I looked at these pics haha

That’s Kahuna 1 then 2 the branch in my hand is of kahuna 1

You definitely have your work cut our for you, they look soooo happy

Keep the kids home Monday too. Pair of goggles and rubber gloves. Have then stiff'n their legs, slide them into the tent on their backs and take 5 minute shifts trimming.
Paid them off with chocolate and Lego 🤪

Ok here’s what I did following the coot recipe of
1 part peat moss “3.0 cf bag that breaks down to 4.5 cf” .
1 part worm castings / compost “3 cf oly mountain compost, 10 lbs worm castings.
1 part aeration 1 cf pumice, 1 1/2 cf lava rock, 2 cf rice hulls.
Plus the nutrients and minerals.

Hell yeah on the amount of water they drink! No wonder they’re looking so strong and healthy. I’ll be in the same boat when it comes to defoliating the backside gonna be a bitch. But do em right and they’ll reward ya!!

Hell yeah! They’ll do awesome in that mix! You planning to cover crop?

Oh for sure! Just gotta remember how much you’re pulling from the soil, I’ve already gave them a cover crop / chop n drop, covered with Gnarly barley and a cup of craft blend per plant, topped with 2” of build a flower, then covered with rice hulls trying to keep up with nutrient uptake, after this run I plan to le trhm relax for a few weeks I’ll top dress em, cover crop, maybe do microgreens as cover crop, then once the stem breaks off clean from the roots I’ll prepare to re plant

I have so many tents I plan to start cycling them flower the 4x4 and 3x3 one run then the 4x8 the next

I have a 12 gallon pot in the 3x3 to test our pot size to plant / tent size I’ll probably flip the kahuna 2 in the 3x3 in another week or so once she roots in I’ll let her fill in through stretch

Cover crop / mulch layer most definitely, Got some clover seeds and rice hulls. That’s a good idea about amending with the micro greens.

Hell yeah! I figured why not grow some greens to eat then when I chop I can just leave the roots and bottoms of stems in place to compost

I used white landrino clover in the 3’s in the 12 gal I put my 13 seed mix (50% clover) plus the white landrino and covered with the rice hulls

Damn lookin at my dirt pile ya got me thinkin of a 3x3 bed now hahaha
I was VERY close to buying one and a 3x6 bed for the 4x8 but I got nervous about humidity from the extra soil, scared myself into the 30 gals but I think I made a a good choice, I can always combine these pots when they get too full over time and continue evolving the soil

Plus time to learn how to care for the soil before I get that big
