So I’m confused.. everything was going to plan an now it’s not. They usually perked up after watering. But now the just hang.. I may have given them a bit more water last time ( a bit runoff ). Soil seems fine, water every 2-3 days and always careful not to overwater. Added Epsom salt and molasses last feed. Pictures are 5 days apart ( two are before and after watering ) any help is greatly appreciated

It is.. and I was thinking the same thing. Should I turn it off or turn it down .. I turned it down from 70 to 50 as I noticed it was running out of water fast after I turned on the online fan. I’ve now taking it out of the tent.

How big is the room your tent is in?
I put my humidifiers in my lung room (room tent is in) but it's also not a big open room, door is shut so I'm able to keep the humidity in it easier.

Whats your humidity level if it's not running?

the tent is in the basement about 20 square meters. 4 windows one I keep open from time to time. Also a heater to keep temps up. It’s spring time and it’s still gets cold at night.
Grow medium is biobizz all mix

I’ll try and control the lung room as it is pretty dry atm in the basement…. But I’m guessing it’s was the humidifier as it’s been working overtime since I turned on the inline fan.

When we see speedbumps and well-defined venules between the fan leaf veins, the leaves are bulging with water.

"Over-watering" is watering too often, as opposed to giving too much water at once. You're in heavily-amended peat. It will tend to hold onto water pretty hard. I would water slowly to runoff, only when the pots get very light in weight. Surprisingly light. In pots that big with plants that small, it could take a week or even two for the pots to dry out after a proper watering. I'd let the plants dry back until you see straight-down droop in the lowers...then water to runoff.

Could it also be that the humidity is too high.. it used 10 liters in 5 days. But I’ll hold off on the water and also try and control the humidity in the lung room.. (moved the humidifier out of the tent). The problem started after I turned on the online fan and the humidifier went nuts..
thx mate

High humidity doesn't help...The plant will transpire slower and the pots will dry out slower.

According to your chart, the lowest humidity is 47%.
I understand trying to hit VPD but at the stage of growth you're at, 47% isn't bad at all.
Even if VPD is out of range, 47% and temps in the high 70s/ low 80s should be no issue at all.

What I'm getting at is if you can keep humidity level around 45%-50% without running the humidifier, then I wouldn't worry about running it at all.
You can kick it on every once in awhile if it drops lower.

Hi Mate.
So today the RH was down to 44% and they were bone dry, I gave them both 500 ml tap water. They looked the same and was still droopy. Should I begin to worry. I set up the humidifier in the lung room 60%. I’ll keep an eye them and report back.

I agree that humidity in the 50% range should be ok with temps in the 70s. Can't speak for your basement setup, but I've found it easier to have a humidifier running into my tents in my basement. I use the ac t3 with the time running to one of the snall circular ports. A dehumidifier outside tents to control the air going in if needed during flower.

I’ve done just that.. I’ve also turned down light levels too see if it they were getting too much light.

There's a situation I call "over-watering by under-watering" that we see sometimes. It might apply here. It happens when pots full of media that hold onto water hard are watered frequently with small volumes. The roots are chronically starved for air. In heavily-amended peat-based mixes, I water slowly to runoff, which usually takes between a quarter and a third of the pot volume. Then they get a relatively lengthy dryback period. I don't know how big your pots are, but 500 ml of water would be for pots between 1.5 L and 2 L. For pots bigger than that, watering in an amount that small means you have to water too frequently. I'm not sure if that's what's going on here, but it might be worth considering.

Thanks.. I’ll have that in mind.. I’ve turned down the light to see if that helps.. as everything was going so well I might have turned it op too much

I think it was too much light and the humidifier inside the tent
Still a little droopy

Try to keep RH in check, let the pots dry until they feel very lightweight, then water to a little or about 10% runoff. Repeat.
