truly outstanding.I have had this polypoid a couple times. Isn't she beautiful
the stem for this branch looks similar to what i would call a ribbon wire effect.Nice polyploid! Is the stem like two chopsticks still stuck together?
I tried to pollinate one but it was sterile
while i have seen the ribbon wire effect in stems of plants i grew years ago i don't recall seeing a definite shape such as now in the tip. the ones that produced the ribbon wire stems were when i was doing hydroponic with a 3 part food solution. i decided to either give a little more p or k but it's been so long ago that i can't recall anything else. i didn't care for the smoke of the plant back then. the stuff just wouldn't stay lit. left a peculiar residue that was somewhat like charcoal that resisted powdering.I have had this polypoid a couple times. Isn't she beautiful
it's ok. at this point i'm just glad this grow is done. i would say the lemon kush and #3 were the highlights looks, buzz and taste with the lemon kush being slightly better. i do so love the way #3 developed as to bud profile. i'll likely let the plants in the new grow flower a bit longer and go by the trichome condition. i feel i really got to get the watering right. one of the plant #1 as to taste reminded me of a dill pickle, not what i consider a preferable taste in my weedWoohoo she is looking very tasty! Sometimes the amber might not appear or very little even if the plant is mature, for several reasons, could be too much light towards the end or just genetic. In any case, trichomes should still mature and get cloudy which is what you really want, some amber is just indicative that she has matured to its optimal point but you can do without the ambers if you see most pistils are cloudy. The ambers are just degraded THCa into CBNa, not what you usually want but its just an indicative that the plant will start degrading more trichomes so the peak maturity is achieved. Ideally one would want all the trichomes to be milky, no amber and no clear, but for most of the trichomes to be milky you will have to wait for some amber to appear most of the times.
