I’ve noticed a change in quality with Barney’s in the last few years.

How do you adjust your temp in your tent… lower the light percentage or more ventilation

It’s controlled through the fan controller but really if RH is high there’s not much i can do, I have a 4500 sq ft dehu in the lung room but I have the basement / lung room opened up to the crawlspace and to the upstairs atm so no point running it, being week 5 of flower in the 4x8 at 65% I believe they are ok, the 4x4 is right there too, but only beginning of week 3, its just because of a rainy day, it’ll come down tomorrow or the next day, im only worried if it’s like a week or more before I worry about any kind of mold or any thing with the buds, and atm they are just really setting up this colas so not much density to build moisture That some air circulation won’t get rid of

Now if I was late week 6 into week 7 and denser buds I’d be more worried around day 3-4 of concecutive 67-70%+ RH

Normally when it’s high RH I’ll open the tent doors a few times a day if I’m home to really let some fresh air circulate. Even if it’s just twice, once in morning and one once late before and after work

Barney’s is where I got the Chemdog that mutated out on me right from seedling, ran a cookies kush from them, only time I ever had PM diddnt even transfer to the other plants, disease resistance was dog shit

I stopped giving my money to barney's when they took over the jack herer genetics from the Herer family on the conditions they would keep it pure in addition to breeding with it.
So naturally within 2 years of taking over the DNA there was no more pure jack herer anywhere in the market anymore.


You can buy seeds labeled "jack" this and that from them, and even "True jack herer" from them. Only for whatever reason absolutely NONE of it is actually anything like the original jack, not even close.

personally i think barneys bough tthe lineage to kill it, and thats exactly what they did to it. And they slap the jack names on any seeds theyre having trouble getting rid of.


They were also the SINGLE BIGGEST seedbank offender in the early and mid 2000s of selling Americans known genetic hermie seed, then blaming growers themselves for their shoddy and inconsistent products.

Youd pop a barney jack, and literally half the flower cluster volume will be fully formed male flowers, and when you email them, TO THIS DAY, with this problem, they will blame you, say light leaks did it, then refuse replacements or refunds.

They only sent these kinds of seeds to Americans and third-world countries too, no one else, and ONLY americans in known black market states that had zero ability to actually do anything about getting ripped off. You couldnt even go to forums and mention this because barneys SPONSORED ALL THE FORUMS TO PREVENT NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Those on the west coast and other medical and recreational states did not get the same treatment from barneys farm and became the gate keepers that went out of their way to ruin the reputations of those already getting ripped off by the seedbanks..... Barney's farm has been a shady group of money-grubbing conmen and charlatans since they started, especially if you were anywhere besides med/rec USA states or Europe... Period.

I spit on the ground when the words "barneys farm" come out of my mouth. Mponey grubbing scumbags and charlatans straight up. Greenhouse was going that way too, but wised up as the laws began to rapidly change in the USA. They stopped sending genetic herms and stopped blaming the growers for them real fast after that.

Thanks for sharing this, I personally think light leaks are a crock of shit . Plants outdoors have been exposed to light leaks from the stars and moon since the dawn of creation. Now going into the tent after lights out and exposure to bright lights I can say might have some validity. But light leaks okay pal, what else are you selling a bridge in Brooklyn, beach house in Arizona?? No different than a bad mechanic using cheap parts blaming the owner of the car for how they drive.

Ok ya I’m going to have to open mine up a time or two in a day depending on the weather my temp keeps bouncing back and forth 75-87 with 2 fans going snd carbon filter… im in week 2 of flower trying out some autos this run.. I was just worried about them temps being too high at 87

I don't think i quite dried out the peaceblaster and Queen B fem seeds enough before packing and sending. I put 3 into pop and theyre went no go, and today are a little soft and squishy. The banjo blaster Popped fine but i harvested those several days before the queen B and peaceblaster f2 seeds. I thought i gave em plenty of time but my humidity was bouncing around a lot at that house.



When you get your package set the peaceblaster and the queen B seeds out on a paper plate or paper towel inside in low humidity our outside in warmth in full-shade for like 2 or 3 days before you put them into pop just to be totally sure theyll go for you.



You shouldnt have any problem getting 100% germ rates if you do that. The banjo blaster all popped a tap root in under 24 hrs.

You should see my tents cats clawed corners wide open, my bottom flaps duly exposed, cameras on in the tent all night, light strip power indicators exposed. I don’t block shit anymore if that does it, it’s a problem

I did, but I got so much going on with the living soil im thinking summer time will be my slow season, less issues to deal with if I start mid summer indoors and work into fall, run through spring like I am now, my end of may ill be flowered out in both of the big tents, 3x3 is different room easier to control, work with the seasons to control the indoor environment
