i have like 20 clones to root, but as is tradition im procrastinating on my clones because i dont want to plant them or fuck with all the soil and labeling all the little cups or tray lids. I totally burnt out on it after doing up a half dozen big vege seed trays for mom.

I also removed the clay-ass topsoil from a 10x30 area of the top of the yard for her yesterday. Replaced the topsoil with homemade compost/topsoil mix shes had stewing at her compost pile for a couple seasons. (storming today ill get pics later)

did a bunch of vegging plant transplants too, so my soil bin is empty and need to remix some more.

So to not have to look at any more dirt and dust for a while..... ( ) i just labeled some water bottles and stuck all the clones by strain in em. And im keeping them in ambient light with an hour of direct sun a day. im topping off the water bottles each day with RO and adding a few drops of h202. They be fine lmao. usually when i get super lazy with clones and do it this way, i end up with my happiest looking clones and 100% rooting rates. You can even clone entire branches this way if your feeling super lazy. It just takes a long time.

just did that too. Neighbor is taking the monthers so I’m grabbing fresh clones to be new mothers

Working on up potting veggies, all big beef F1’s are done, needed 2 of each cherry tomato (4 varieties) did 4 of each to be safe, keeping the spares in the 2x4)

Rest are still small enough to go a few more days, might up pot a few of the paste tomatoes later but we’ll see

Man I really am diggin this new propagation dome with extendable sidewalls, who else had this I was checkin it out had to get it for the new clones grabbed some riot rooters too to see how they work

But this is the small size I will defenitly be buying the large size as well, I see a lot of uses for this

That’s right you had it! This thing is dope as hell, not a huge fan of the clips, I don’t see me running it shorter, might epoxy the lids together when I’m done cloning and seed starting

I really want that large one now

One issue I’m having fg is I don’t like how tight the riot rooters are I need to find treys they’ll sit in looser any ideas on insert treys for the riot rooters?

I bought these tiny Vivosun seedling trays with domes, and when I say tiny I mean teeny fucking tiny. You can see in the one picture that's what I'm using for the rooting plugs. They do fit a little bit tight but I didn't have much of a problem pulling my clones out yesterday when I potted them up. I just kind of squeezed the outside a little bit and they pulled right out.

Buying those little domes was a happy mistake I guess. The images online sorely misrepresents the actual size!

But these XL domes are and built like a brick shit house. And yes, the clips suck. That was something I saw in the reviews, but thought I would give it a go since I was buying the one with the third sidewall. I like your epoxy idea, but it is nice to pull them apart when trying to get them in that little 4x2 tent whenever I need to. Maybe I'll find some tiny C clamps or something similar.

These heating mats with temperature controller fit perfectly underneath the bases of these domes, by the way:

These strawberry plants are still getting noticeably bigger ever day fruit just starting to come in. Heavy blooming started courtesy of the bone meal.

Prob gonna have a out 10 lbs of these Navajo seedless blackberries. They get real long and fat when well fed. They do this "more berries than leaves" thing when they're happy. It's almost cobberlin' time. I need to make that a meme
