had to due a super early transplant due to the medium in the original container would not drain and the bottom leaves started to droop. The whole soil mass came out and it went into a fabric pot smoothly enough hopefully it doesn’t experience transplant shock. Any advice? Also my alien kush finally sprouted! It’s been almost 4 weeks and I totally forgot about it!

Don't water so close to the stem. Make a ring around the pot closer to the edge and make the roots go looking for it. The plants will thank you later.

Ok it was pretty dry it sucked it up fast! It was in yard dirt and it was so hydrophobic that when I finally got the little solo cup it was in watered it would not dry out and I was terrified so I got it out of the cup perfectly and stuck it in that dryer medium hoping it would pull excess moisture out the original dirt. I water with a small baster around where the two mediums meet so they could merge together but I didn’t know not to go so close to the stem

When there that small when you water the outer edges of the leaf canopy it forces the roots to reach out for it, grow stronger. You wanna do that for at least 3wks to a month.

Ok thank you! Do you think she will recover?

Don't kill it with too much love and fuckery...stick with the basics and it will thrive.

Temp
Humidity
Light
Air
Occasional salty water

You'd be shocked how much abuse these plants can take if those things are done correctly.

So what should I do next

Well it hasn’t worsened over night and I reduced the light intensity a tad bit so it doesn’t stress her even more. Should I do absolutely nothing? Some people said for me to put a dome over it to help take up water through the leaves because even though it was only a slight disturbance to the roots it still slows them down taking in water. Any thoughts or just let her be? I appreciate everyone’s advice, I have more experience once they get past the seedling stage! This is the hardest part for me

i never use a dome not even for clones ... dome could create more issues with seedlings than helping ...

Ok cool so just let her be it is. It sucks to say it but it’s my own fault I just can’t afford the stuff I actually need to make this easier. This is basically a caveman grow 😂 except for a modern day light and nuets so I know it’s going to be tough but life’s tough right? 🤷

yeah just let her be:

proper watering pratice, overwatering is common with people overloving their plants
not too little or too much light

plant don't care that much about rh in the early stage, i experience the same vigorous growth with 20% 50% or 80% rh.

Thanks I’ll post more pics if there’s any changes good or bad but hopefully good!

Do you have a fan gently blowing on her?
I made the mistake of no fan and mine got leggy then started falling over. Lost up to 1/4 of them.

Hey dude do not mock your caveman grow. On another blog I followed a guy who got to mid flower before I left with a large cardboard box a $50 light and a fan. That's it. No controller no vdp no nothing.
And miracle grow nutes.

If it fails pick up the pieces and try again. Read some diaries front to back from seedling to cure. Look for guys doing the low tech approach. Gain that knowledge.

Thanks bother! Maybe one day I’ll be a spider farmer or ac infinity man but for now it’s this! And thanks for the tips that’s a good idea 👍 she seems to be doing a little better this is about 15 hours after the transplant. My fabric pot is a 4 gallon dog toy bin 🤣 but it breathes good! Better then the bucket I had
