Very hard to just look at a pic and know what’s wrong. Provide more info on growing conditions. Have you inspected the bottom of the leaves with a loupe?

No not inspected yet with a loupe as im not at the premises myself but its in a small storage room with 2 other plants roughly same size the leafs are blotchy/patchy even pale id say tbh and feel kind of dry to the touch the other 2 plants are not as bad but i have seen another tiny hole in one of the others

This is a better video untill im there myself

Look for thrips. Rule out thrips. Review watering rule out watering. Review condition suspect nutrition deficiency. Rule out pH before trying to correct with chemicals or risk the ole death spiral where cal-mag mag locks out stuff because it was pH related.
Bt dt lfmf

Okay thanks for the advice i will try get there today or tomorrow and start ruling out issues do you reckon that it could be nutrient deficiency? Ive been trying to water as little as possible with 1L every 5 days or so because there in 10L pots or is that too much?

A critter that would make a big hole is pretty easy to spot and not a big deal. But the white patchy could be a small insect eating the underside of the leaf. First step is to inspect the underside with loupe or magnify glass to rule out insects.

Thank you mate i appreciate the help and advice i will inspect the undersides of the leaf and let you know how it all goes

Yes I suspect a deficiency but with limited Info I can not decide how it happened. Medium and pot type nutrition lights temp and humidity. How long has this been going on. And
WHAT IS THE LAST THING YOU DID.
Lots of folks will help with more information.

The last thing i did was water them with canna A&B 1L after untying them as i had them tied down for LST but thought they was too short for LST at the moment so i untied them there in coco perlite mix 70/30 in a 10L pot under 1 400w HPS light its in a small closet room so not too sure of temp and humidity levels but they have seemed to have been fine up untill yesterday is when anyone noticed this

You are basically hydro and I am running soil. Wait for some coco growers to help.
I have not tried this but can you change the title of the post to include coco you will get more eyeballs.
