Do I need to defoliate this?

This is my second year of growing indoor and maybe 5th grow? I have been having some great success this year leaving things alone and living by less is more.
( the VS3000 has helped a lot. Ha)
So with that being said should I deflate this at all ? I've been working LST on this for a LOONG time, you can't see it anymore it's all grown over. Been in veg since late January just flipped Friday.
Should I do anything ? For reference that's a 5 gallon pot

Lolly-popping is fine. Defoliation is a highly divisive subject. Avoid the extreme defoliation some might suggest. Defoliate lightly through out the canopy to open up air flow. Post another picture. If you didn't do enough, someone will tell you. However, if you over-do it, your plant will produce leafier buds.
