Try as I may, this plant has been unhappy for weeks. Growing in soil using General Hydroponics nutes (FloraGro, Micro, Bloom). They're watered every other day. I've adjusted lighting and airflow, that did nothing. I've cut nutes in half for this plant, thinking it was Nitrogen tox. Still no improvement in health. I can't see how it would be over watering, I'm letting the pots get pretty light before next feed.

Any help is appreciated! Feel free to criticize, I just want to learn and get this plant happy again.

I've never watered my plants every other day inside when they were your size. Could be rootbound, watering not enough or too fast allowing for to much runoff? Airflow to the roots and bottom half of plant to dense?

Cannabis plants can slow down uptake for a lot of reasons and as I found out for no freaking reason at all.
Your plant tops are stretchy at the tops looking like low light energy. If the tops are stretching the bottoms are prolly out of the effective light strength due to a loss of power from being down in the canopy.
Can you measure lights? In lux a plant that size would be 30- 40k lux at tops but the tops should be brought down to level close to the rest of the plant.

I've been waiting a little longer than every other day to water recently, just to make sure I'm not over watering. This is the only plant showing this kind of stress, so I don't think that's it either way. And I don't allow for much runoff.

I'm using fabric pots, roots air prune in these. I also have a small layer of perlite in the pots under the soil to help with drainage and prevent the plant from becoming root bound. That shouldn't be an issue.

I'm going to turn this lower fan on to increase under-canopy airflow, but as I've said, this stress has been showing for weeks. This plant has roughly doubled in size since I've noticed the first issues. So I doubt airflow was ever the problem.

You may be on to something with not watering them enough when I do water them. I will do a dunk feed next time to ensure the entire pot is saturated, and record the runoff to see what the medium is like.

You're seeing the stretch from changing the light cycle to 12/12. Lighting is set to 500 ppfd at the top of the canopy.

Ok yes more data.
Recommend training plants in stretch to maintain canopy. The lowers look to be 15 inches down from tops. lowers meaning the top of those beautiful fan leaves. It will have substantially lower energy levels and as no buds or sugars yet all the energy is still from fans.
It was such a pain moving tops in stretch but a level canopy is the goal.

You can see what training does for light management. if I had 4 missles above the rest and the lights were 10 inches higher than rest of the canopy is weak.

Yeah, I get you. Honestly, I've been pretty lazy about the training in this grow. It's something I need to get better at.

What's the media? Any chance you know the EC/ppms of your runoff?

( on a side note older and lower leaves less exposed to artificial light will often slowly decay .... )
