This is my first time. I have them in a cinder block room in my basement (no tent and no filter or exhaust fan) they are under a Spider Farmer SF-2000 light at 18/6. There is a fan in the room circulating air.

I have two autoflower Pineapple Express and two Purple Lemonade seedlings going right now. All 4 of them sprouted on May 3rd. It is now May 17 in the evening and I just noticed theses spots on the leaves. What do these look like to y’all? Is it calcium deficiency or is it a pest? Also what’s the tiny hole look like to y’all?

Any help is appreciated. Are there any good physical books I can buy to help diagnose?

Thanks for looking I appreciate it!

The spots on the left side do resemble Ca deficiency. Overwatering also can look like that sometimes. The soil looks wet, so maybe letting it dry might help.

Sorry. I can't see it very well. Some early leaf deformities occur, and the plants just grow out of them.
