Isk whats going on with my plants!!

I have just transplanted and watered my plants and its been a week already they have turned to this ,

Im running led lights at 40% like 2 feet + over the canopy

this is not a deficiency, fade (which does not happen indoors unless on purpose),..
what is your growing medium?
what size bags?
how often you water and how much you give each plant?
 
Roots were likely suffocating in the old medium before repotting and nute uptake was affected. It's gonna look bad until the roots have a chance to recover. With cloth bags and softer plastic pots, I give it a little squeeze and some kneading around the sides to loosen up the dirt and let more air through and help dry it out faster. You can also aerate with a soil probe. When it's time to water, make a light compost tea for feeding. It offers gentle nutes for recovery that the plant is more likely to use because of its readily dissolved availability.

3 gallon bags

Plants are 2 feet plus i water them every 2-3 days
