I spent the day in the park, medicating and meditating.

Exercising, Exploring, Eating good food and drink, plenty of sunshine.

Yeah I was getting my stuff fronted for a while and even when I had cash, flat price unless you bought a pound. I was never into selling it for any other reason than to cover my own head stash. Prices and quality got better over the years, I think the last time I saw Beasters was 2006. Glad to see them go. It is entirely possible that you and I aren’t talking about the same stuff too. I’m like 400-500 miles east of you in NH Between 2006 and 2016 Cannabis varieties and quality steadily increased 2016-2018 was the start of multiple varieties available all of the time, and then I started growing my own late 2018 by the following September we had recreational dispensaries ten minutes down the road in Massachusetts and from there till present day it only got better. Pretty crazy to think how much cannabis has progressed over the span of twenty years.

Oh for sure I was just in mass. And it was every corner lol, NY is getting like that near me, but for every legal dispensary there’s probably 4 illegal, a lot got ahut down about a year ago, I had a guy pop up a hydro shop a half mile from me, made it a year

I’m actually pissed he was sellin under the counter because he carried everything for hydro and soil and even had a request book he had gotten in all the Gaia Green for me, promix, awesome nursery pots hard wall for $1 each

But the first week he was open I walked in to check it out and before even talking to me for a minute he broke out the backpack and asked if I wanted bud had everyone upstairs smokin like it was a legal lounge lol

I bet some old NYC heads around here remember Queens Hydroponic Garden Center on the LIE service road.

I bought my first HID lamps and a sun circle light mover there. You had to know exactly what you wanted to buy before you even went in. They hated questions. Any mention of weed got you kicked the fuck out.

I just got some bad news. As the folks from England would say, I'm gutted. An old friend collapsed and according to the docs at the hospital, she has loung cancer at terminal stage. She's an old family friend. I was only about 7 years old when she met her husband, who is one of the oldest family friends. My dad knew him since the mid 70s or so. Really sad news.

Smoking that pharmacy Kush for a couple of days left me in kind of a dazed state - so this seems even more unreal than it actually is. The last I smoked was Monday night and I still woke up tired and kinda fucked up today. If my own weed would be like that also, I would really consider stopping with weed altogether.

Sorry to hear this bro. I almost lost my best friend last week. He died on the table for a few moments during a procedure. He is still not out of the woods, They managed to get 2 stents put in his coronary artery (he vomited and woke up during the procedure). He has to go back in when he heals for at least one more stent. I've been worried sick. Kick ass brownies are the only thing getting me through this.

Yeah NY was like the wild west of weed, the first year it was just legal, barely any legislation in place. I remember going to visit the girlfriends father in New Rochelle and you could smell weed everywhere. There was a short bus down the road converted into a rolling weed dispensary with full vinyl wrapped advertising on it. You could spot it from a mile away. The state would shut down one place and three more would pop up. Like a game of weed dealer wackamole.

It's my own NL larf. 1 zip per 1lb butter. 1 stick butter per brownie batch. 1 brownie = 4hrs comatose, 4hrs buzz continues after that (I think)
