I had one do the same thing that I put out too early! It never really developed full-blown flower, but it did start re-vegging! I’m thinking that its internal clock clicked into flower mode, but then shortly thereafter clicked back into veg before it had a chance to throw flowers! But it kept going, and after a few months started throwing five lobed leaves! But in the meantime, there were about 1000 single blade and three blade till that occurred! A defoliator‘s nightmare! Lol it was ugly and unruly, but actually performed pretty good once it got into flower in September! Just two cents!

I was gonna bag em and play chase the sun and avoid aircraft but decided to put in the ground Tuesday. Not optimal for sun exposure for sure but back in the 70 and 80’s I had them in worse spots. The three girls looking good.

I'm sure that's what it is! If I remember correctly the nodes weren't staggered yet though. It seems Bruce is pretty finicky. Mid summer when temps get upper 90's-100. It will start the single blade growth.

Yeah, keep us updated. If you can! Something about purple new growth makes me uncomfortable! Lol! We’ll see how it progresses!😄 I have seen that on other plants and they didn’t do well! Hopefully yours will.
Is it like tomato?

Yeah, it’s weird What fucking with their clock can do! Mine wound up having a ton of small bud sites! And it was pretty stringy and Viney in the middle! And I don’t top! It will be an interesting watch!👍

If you’re asking me, I don’t know! I’ve never grown anything other than pot! Lol! Your plants are looking good! But I have seen some plants with that purpling! If it’s genetic, it’s fine! If it’s not it is extremely bad news and I didn’t wanna go there!😄🐒 so far it looks genetic!

Yes I was asking you😂 .

Thanks. The lack of sun worries me but, they’re in the ground and it is what it is.
Yeah, that can be problematic! Just depends on how short of sun they are! You will know if you see them turning into Spindley stretch Armstrong‘s! I tried growing in mottled sunlight! It started going bad, so I moved them! Back out into the full sun!

Here's my little buggers LOL They'll catch up🙏 . I have a maple tree on one side of my yard and a giant cedar on the other that the sun needs to rise enough over then all of the yard gets sun for 8hrs min. It's a heat warning for us today an Monday 100+f 👎👎. I've got faucets on both sides of my yard so easy watering. I save gal. jugs for the nutes when the time comes. Right now there in amended organic soil from last year i saved in a couple totes and added some fresh composted material and worm castings plus more perilite. Those are 15gal old nursery pots with lots of holes drilled into them.

The GG, while growing like a weed, started showing early flower, the newest leaves are 3 bladed and guessing single blades aren’t far behind.

She was in one of the better sun spots and couldn’t justify having a big mess, so swapped her out for a Dutch Treat.

I had originally planned on just chopping her down, but that was too easy and decided last minute to dig her up.

By the time I got her in the bag she was really suffering. Drug her onto a tarp and into the shade. Watered and started repeatedly misting with water & aloe for the rest of the day/evening.

She’s looking good this morning and will see if I can get her caged back up 🤷‍♂️

Of course I still have a mess, just in a big bag now. 😃

Hoping for a better outcome with the replacement.

If not there’s still some bench players hoping to be called up (and need a home).

Yeah, it takes a lot to kill them! Don’t count it out! They can be producers! You find out early in your outdoor growing career there’s no substitute for a strong bullpen! At least I did!😂✌️

4 photos: (seeds germinated March 9th) [3 Skywalkers & 1 Permanent Marker] went outside May 27th & I soaked 8 auto flowering Fat Bastard seeds on May 26th knowing my inside start light would be freed up from the 4 photos the next morning.

Switched to Jacks part A & part B but no extra Epsom salt after shooting myself in the foot with Nectar for the God's the previous year & their somewhat complicated process. I did keep a few NftG's products though & have found consistent light doses of Athenas Aminas is great for seedlings & young vegging plants. The marigolds & basil love it also. I give the photos a light Jacks feedings every 5 days & the other 4 mornings give them Athena Aminas water.

I initially just tested the Athena on 1 photo because I wasnt certain it would go well. Gave the tester plant 3 doses of Athena in April & then left out of town on 12 day roadtrip. Just told my busy house sitter to give them water while I was gone. The tester plant with the added amino acids held up much better during the 12 days of no food & also started earlier more vigorous joint growth. Makes sense as they are building blocks for the young plants.

And believe me if I was in a friendly location they would be sporting their ittiest bittiest tiny bikini sun bathing all day.
