First up Nepal far left and 2 Mangoes from Outer Space. The 2 Mangoes got topped but it hasn't changed much. The Nepal will never produce any thing given the climate here. It's growing for s***s and giggles. All plants are regular seed and I only grow females so I'm hoping for 2 or 3 producers out of the group.

Followed by 2 UBC Chemo/ Romulan crosses. These were never topped.

And finally a shot of the yard in general. Weed plants on left hand side.
I hope every one is enjoying their season.

YARD

I picked up two clones.
-Blueberry Muffin and
-Northern Lights. The northern lights I’ve grown this one before and really loved it. Probably my favorite evening variety. The Blueberry Muffin is new to me. Of course I cloned them 🙃.

Blueberry Muffin seems to have higher than average N requirements, even during flowering IME.

I will keep that in mind. So keep up the nitrogen into flower?
Yeah, it gave me some problems when I grew it! Don’t know if it was my dumbass that caused them or whether it just doesn’t like a very hot environment! Be interesting to see how it does in your neck of the woods! I think I would agree with root farmer!

I was gonna bag em and play chase the sun and avoid aircraft but decided to put in the ground Tuesday. Not optimal for sun exposure for sure but back in the 70 and 80’s I had them in worse spots. The three girls looking good.
I ended up moving the ladies after spending three days videoing sun and shade at 8, 10, 12, 2 and 4 o’clock and found a few spots for them to get a good 4 hours of unobstructed sun and then another 2-3 of some mottled sun. And it spread them hundreds of feet apart so a lot less likely to be seen. It’s not like I’m growing a field of dreams. I left the male where it was if it stretches then it stretches who cares. Still not wonderful but better.

The thing is, two months from now all of that lighting will have changed! I found that out! But we do the best we can! Having to be discreet, doesn’t make it any easier!😄🐒

Roses are blooming, still waiting on the purple ones to pop. I only waited one node this time before topping again. Including the side branches I counted 32 new tops on the 3 blue dream plants. I'm only counting 24 on the lemon grabs though. Maybe just miscounting its hard for me to keep track of which ones i havent counted yet at times haha.

Going to let them go for a few weeks and see how I feel after that. Might do one more topping after then but this could potentially be the last time.

Oh I know and I took that into consideration. I used a sun azimuth app to get a half assed gauge before putting them back in the ground. At this point, I'm not moving them again and what I get is what I get. Since these are unknown genetics to begin with, it may be worth shyte anyway...LOL.

I know where you’re coming from! Just thinking about figuring out an azimuth give me a headache! But by the end of the year you will know which way the wind blows!😁🐒 and the sun shines!

The greenhouse (10x20) is up and been tested on some very windy days.....like 15-20 mph sustained plus gusts up to 30-35 mph. She's held up great. I rigged it with rope so that the frame tightens up and gets very rigid in high winds. So far, so good. It's not perfect but I put it together by myself.

So here's the line-up this year.....

Pineapple Express (clone)
20250611 143910

Dutch Treat (clone)
20250611 143927

Lemon Meringue (clone)
20250611 144049

Lemon Meringue (clone)
20250611 144057

GG4 (clone)
20250611 144108

Hypnotic (seed)
20250611 144115

Notorious THC (seed)
20250611 143857

Dutch Treat (cut from the other Dutch Treat)
20250611 144136

The little ones survived a 100° day so just might make it after all. 🤞

I've seen evidence of them around but too soon for fruit from the trees. I'm sure they will be around more before long. Mostly just want to keep the rain and moths/caterpillars away. I'm testing some different soil recipes this year. Also trying to keep the plants a smaller than last year.

Could go great. Could go terribly wrong. I guess we'll see. 🤣

I can relate, brother!😄👍
