Here’s a quick in depth on how I do it, and you can gauge it with what you do and tweak 👍🏼

I put seeds in water for 2-3 days until shoot comes out ,

Prepare moist soil I use fox farm ocean ,

Put seeds in a little crater at top and light cover with soil,

Water every other morning slightly with a water bottle with a few holes at top,

If you have humidifier use it , helps the plants grow , but not necessary. (Bowl with water close by works too),

Once they sprout immediately put full spectrum light over them about 6 inches away at a low dim for minimum 18 hours a day can do 20 is what i do.

For the first 3 weeks water every 5 days ish,

The next 2 - 3 weeks add light nutrients , compost tea, organic fertilizer, or others..
I use fox farm trio and my own compost tea,

Time to transplant to bigger Pot,

Increase light intensity and raise it to about 24 inches above them,

Wait 2-3 weeks of growth,

Flip to flower by reducing light to 12 hours on 12 off, unless growing autoflowers which do their own cycle no light change needed.

You might want to consider adding a trellis if you can or some support after you flip, not so much for early flower but for late flower when the buds get heavy and dense and want to make the stem bend over ,

Wait another 8 weeks of growth feeding high potassium nutrients and defoliating the plant in between creating space.

Towards week 7-8 try to add only water to make bud taste better and flush out extra stuff from soil And plant,

After the 8 week mark inspect bud, chop, trim hang to dry for about a week,
medium humidity at cool temperatures is optimal,

Then trim again if needed,

Then jar up and cure in dark mason jars preferred, I use regular glass mason jars for now, opening once or twice a day shaking it up until you get a CONSISTENT humidity of 62-64 degrees. You will need a hydrometer in each jar.

And that’s my quick run down of the operation, simple yet complex in its own science.
The great thing is there are tons of people in this great community and in this space overall that are very good at helping and sharing tips and knowledge.
Happy Growing 🤠🌱
